We had been looking forward to stopping into the tasting room at Drekker for quite a while. We really enjoy the sours produced here, but don't get all of them back home, so it was fun to be able to try so many. It was crazy to hear that they basically have a new release every other week; I don't know how we'll keep up. Plenty to choose from, great bartenders, and take-home packs as well.

The best thing in Fargo! First off I always love an awesome logo so Drekker has that working for them (think viking.) Which then in turn makes their merchandise interesting and desirable. My husband definitely spent close to $100 on Drekker gear. Great idea having the brewery inside (or attached to) Brewhalla (market)! I can share it worked in our favor when we visited as it was a weekday and early. The actually brewery wasn't serving but they also have a bar in the market that was open for business! I am not a beer person but sours have grown on me and their sour was FABULOUS! I like beer that doesn't taste like beer and their beer tasted like straight fruity deliciousness- won me over. We did wander into the brewery to look at the merch which could be purchased at the bar. Spacious and the pinball machines! We stopped immediately and the whole family got lost in pinball for a good 45 minutes. They even had step stools- thanks Drekker as my 3 year old needed it and is into pinball. We were lucky enough to be there when a repair man showed up and he has to to test the machines so we 'worked' right along side him testing machines for free! (Thanks!) Nice people working here. The bartender was friendly and liked chatting. I approached someone in the brewery regarding beer can labels (their beer can art is awesome! Think bright colors, well thought out graphics and just easy on the eyes. Totally eye catching.) I asked for one for a art project I am working on for our house and he sent me packing with probably a dozen! Again- Thank you! Overall Drekker was a great stop and in my opinion the best thing Fargo has working for it. Pro tip: You can stay in the hotel attached to Brewhalla right upstairs- amazing idea!

Fast friendly service, no samples but the offer tasters, of which we had 3, as well as 2 full sized. The open market is a fun trend, with a variety of options. We were able to have our morning coffee & scones before hitting a couple of stores, having gelato, a few beers and grabbed 2 4packs & cheese to go.

Great brewery with great taps and a lot of variety! If you like beer and in Fargo this is a must. Only small negative is "No Samples " Atmosphere is out of the park! Super cool vibe.

We visited Drekker Brewing Company before our flight out of Fargo and couldn't have been happier. The building and property are amazing, with plenty of space for groups to enjoy the diverse selection of beers, other drinks, and snacks. Inside, there's a large selection of pinball machines, wild artwork, and a sneak peek into the brewery. Built in 1880 as a locomotive repair building and foundry, it's the last standing piece of a large railroad facility. Now, it's a fantastic craft brewery with eclectic decor, a spacious interior with lofted ceilings, and diverse seating options. On a hot day, we were recommended by the friendly bartender a Boozy slushies made with Fruit Punch Ice Ice PRRRTY. We enjoyed our slushies outside by the fire pit filled with skulls and bones, while listening to cool alternative music. A must-visit if you're passing through Fargo! Plus, it's connected to the Brewhalla market building, which is fun to explore. Skål!

These guys do micro-brewing right. They have an excellent assortment of experimental and traditional beers, in my opinion specializing in fruited sours and "smoothie" beers. I've never had a Drekker brew that I didn't like. The space is excellent - modern industrial casual vibes. Thanks to the addition of the attached Brewhalla, you shouldn't have to wait long for service. If you're in Fargo, make sure to check this place out.

First off.. love the old train building that they occupy. They did a great job preserving a lot of the original architecture inside and out. We've been drinking Drekker beers for years either at beer festivals or shares and most recently we've been getting some distribution to Las Vegas.. but this is our first time visiting the brewery. Big space! Seating inside and outside, connected to a food hall as well. Pinball games and lots of merchandise. We ordered small pours of 10 different beers; I like the IPA's she likes the slushy sours. Everything was fantastic! The girls working the bar did a great job keeping up with the line of people at the service well and the people at the bar. We would definitely visit again when we are in the area.

The building is one of the coolest breweries I've ever been in! The parking is in a large lot so there's always a place to park. The beer was okay. I've definitely had better brewery beer, but the atmosphere on their patio was worth the stop while we were visiting Fargo.

I only tried two beers, but they were both delicious! I loved the 6 ounce pour option and it was surprisingly affordable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The venue is really fun with the ability to eat, shop and play games.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was a fun way to spend a couple of hours. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bonus: it's dog friendly![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Fruited sours will become your new addiction. The best part? All their sours are brewed with real fruit and loaded with em.

When I sat down with my laptop and my delicious beer, it was quiet. Just after I started plugging away on my laptop and sipping at this great beer, the musician started up. He was loud. But nope, this was just about concert volume. 78 to 83 decibels which Yale Environmental Health & Safety says, "Level at which sustained exposure may result in hearing loss." The folks at the next table were shouting to continue their conversation. Friendly service. Great little local brewery. But it was one excellent beer and out. Sorry, Swing Barrel. Maybe next time! I've been here many times over the recent years but I'm finally getting around to writing a review,…read moreafter thinking about how much I enjoyed my last visit here. Junkyard added this West Fargo taproom (originally brewery is in Moorhead) when they renovated a former bank building - which they did a great transformation. This location has tons of both indoor and outdoor seating and has multiple levels of both. The large street level patio has more shade and the large rooftop patio has more sun. On this last visit, we sat on the rooftop patio, in a nice alcove area that probably seats about 10+ people between the wicker chairs and the high top. This would make a good hang out spot if you are coming with a group. The beers are always good, with a wide variety of options. For this visit, even though I was tempted to get the PB&J Sour (which actually tastes just like a PB&J), I ultimately had (two of) the Mango Orange Lime slushy drink. It was so good, and the staff commented as well on how it's a favorite of theirs. And speaking of staff, they are always very friendly and attentive, which serving you at the bar or stopping by your table to see if you need anything. Junkyard always has popcorn on hand, and while they have tasty pizzas as well, we just stuck with the popcorn and drinks on this visit. They actually had free Sandy's Donuts as well, and I don't know if that is a normal Sunday thing or something special - but we didn't take any anyhow. Lastly, it's a good spot if you have a big group as they have plenty of long tables.

Multiple floors, inside/outside space, and of course the same popcorn that you know and love from their other location. They even had space on the inside for a philly food truck to set up a table and be slinging out some grub for those that were drinking their beers. We got a set of five small pours, including two from other breweries that were in town due to Foolers Ball: Puff Tart XL - Raspberry, Lemon, Pineapple An Imperial Sour Ale with Raspberry, Lemon, Pineapple, and Marshmallow Flavoring from thebrewingprojekt Late Nite: Red Velvet Whoopie Pie A Pastry Sour from definitivebrewing that features hundreds of pounds of fresh raspberry, red velvet cake, vanilla cream, and brown sugar. Cheem Creese Cake A Raspberry Cheesecake Sour that tastes just like cheese cake covered in berries. New Zealand Cheat Codes An Imperial IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Moutere, and Wai-iti. This is the definition of a great IPA featuring New Zealand "cheater hops" and it was so dank and tropical. Queen Size An Imperial Stout with Marshmallow and Peanut Butter. Not thick in body, but nice drinkable stout with a complementary adjunct profile with the base stout. ____
