I accidentally left the modem and they were nice enough to charge me $456 to replace it...and they would not budge on this number despite the situation. I was having issues with money due to the cost of the move being more than anticipated and I could not pay it for 30 days and then they promptly turned me over to some collection agency. So this is the integrity of the company in question. If I could have given them no stars I would have. ALSO the service sucked in the first place.

They send someone out, turns out it is a tripped GFCI outlet OUTSIDE the house, at the meter, where the box servicing internet to the house is plugged in. Now, they are harassing me for $50 because someone came out for that. Now here is the real kicker: it is of NO FAULT of mine that outlet was tripping. Turns out the new meter the ELECTRIC COMPANY put in ran on frequency that would trip GFCI outlets in close proximity. I have explained this alliance, and they still demand $50 from me. I called them first because it appeared to be an issue with the internet service. So why would I call anyone first?? ​​

Thank God we are now efficiently and a whole lot faster connected to a fiber optic internet service. What a huge difference. Dominic was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful.
