Our restaurant is called Boba Silog located in Fresno, it is now open and operational with Malia's help. Through her I was connected with amazing people who helped with electrical, construction, HVAC, plants, etc. Malia understands my vision and she was able to deliver it on schedule and on budget. When faced with difficult situations, Malia was able to think outside of the box and comes up with solutions. She communicates well and explains the whole process. But you forgot to include your reply and then the email I wrote responding about what changes I wanted made and you responded that we should move forward with someone else. You did say you could "redo the plans" but I did not have another $400 for that. Honestly, you have great ideas. And I have no problem paying for a service. I had an issue feeling like I wasn't being heard about the designs of my own bathroom. If someone wants to hire someone to do it all and they don't care about the result. You're the perfect person. If someone wants to have input about the project- they should go elsewhere

These guys are amazing…read more We had damaged subfloor in the kitchen that needed to be replaced. They were in and out in 3 days, subfloor replaced, flooring replaced, trim repaired, all electrical and plumbing repaired, AND crappy old kitchen cupboards removed and then reinstalled without any damage either to the cupboards nor the tile backsplash. This was all done last week. We just had a second contractor get back to us with a late estimate for the same job, insisting that the kitchen cupboards would almost certainly fall apart and need to be replaced (for more money obviously). So we sent a photo of the job already done with cupboards intact. We will only be hiring JJ from now on.

Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They'll just waste your time.

On the scheduled day of installation we got a text message with an ETA with several hours notice and the installers arrived just about exactly on time. The installers took their time and not only installed the remaining panels seamlessly (pun intended), they also fixed our initial disaster. The staff were very polite and we didn't even really notice they were in the nursery the whole time they were here. We were offered several different payment methods after and elected to use Zelle, and there were no problems. The finished result was flawless. I'd be very happy to work with this company again in the future.
