At the time, I suspected that something was wrong with the system (I just purchased this home), so I asked about potential repairs and and was told that if the system could not be started, an estimate for the repairs would be provided. The technician came out and, after installing the RPZ, stated that the system was indeed in need of a repair, and that an estimate would be sent to me via email. That was on May 29th, 2026. After over 5 weeks of calling and emailing, and being promised that someone would call me back, I have not been provided any estimate or been in contact with anyone other than the receptionist. The receptionist finally stated that "if" I needed a new RPZ, then they would charge me $1200. I paid another company to come out and take a look at the system, they stated that there were no issues preventing my system from running and that nothing was wrong with the RPZ. My system is now functional but no thanks to Aqua Designs. I sent them this information and have been promised several times that a manager would call me to discuss a refund. Still no call. It is impossible to get in contact with any management for this company, and they clearly do not care as long as they get your money.

Owner Jim Vanderzanden and his son Matt helped with a lot of the design decisions. Once you sign the contract, Jim begins ordering the materials and components he will need. He inspects everything as he gets it. Once he has everything for the job and it is right he will give you a start date. Pro V's installers were on time every day. They were clean and courteous. They put down runners so they wouldn't mar our floors or track dust into our house. They really respect your property. At the end of every day they cleaned up and picked up the runners. They worked most of the time with the door closed to keep down the dust and noise. Jim was on the job site every morning. He checked on the work and made sure the installers knew what was to be done that day. His installers did excellent work. Jim went out of his way several times to make sure things went the way we wanted. Given the professionalism, the quality of the materials and components used and the quality of the workmanship, we feel Pro V prices are fair. We would recommend Pro V to anyone without hesitation. Did I mention that they finished ahead of schedule? Our only regret is that we don't have another bathroom for Pro V to remodel.
