Firstly, when it came time for then to install the sprinkle system they cancelled the install because they said the grade from the landscaper wasn't good enough. I had to beg the landscaper to do a second grade on our lot just so that they could install the system. At this point my landscaper (who has 40 years experience by the way) was frustrated because he had completed a good enough grade for them to install. Since he was frustrated and i asked them to install the sprinkler system anyway they tried to get me to give the business including my sod and plants to another landscaping company that they work with after i had already put down a deposit with my original landscaper. SHADY!!! Then after i finally got my landscaper to complete the final grade they scheduled and appointment that they cancelled and failed to show up for another three weeks after the originally scheduled appointment because "they got busy". Finally they install the system and i have a leak around one of the sprinkler head and guess what they cancelled on me twice and have stopped answering my phone calls. They only respond via text. We would report issues thru the summer/fall. We would be told, oh these are better to be looked at in spring. Come spring we are told, oh thru the winter a bunch of stuff broke so you need new stuff. When asked since they took us over as a customer, if they would care to see/check/validate the current state of now their setup / installation (which was in a poor state), they said I would need to pay for initial consultation. I'm all up for paying for broken stuff and replacement and service. however to take over a customer and their dues but not even knowing the current state, that's poor service. when asked about this on a call, there was no intent to help .
