I explained the boy I'll call him lied when he came to the door and I don't want them on my property again. I'll get a real exterminator. She said I will have to pay $180 to get out of my contract. Told them take me to court. Good luck trying to collect that money. My card is locked until my new one comes and I am contesting the charge. I have read all the Yelp reviews. And that they were going to drill holes in the concrete around the house and treat for subterranean termites. And also how they were going to treat for dry wood termites. But when the technician arrived he had a different idea. So after calling his boss they decided to drill holes inside of the house in the ceiling and inject the pesticide into the holes. So he drilled the holes and injected the pesticide into the holes and into the fiberglass insulation. So after 5 different instances of termites swarming in my house I called my salesman and asked how come they didn't drill the holes like he had told me they were going to. His answer was " they had changed the way they were going to do it" something called bait and switch. So after calling Rollins the company that owns orkin and I got a call from Jason the manager and I was told that they had gone above and beyond treating my house. So I asked him why they would make their pesticide into a aerosol and spray it into fiberglass insulation and how far did he expect that treatment to travel being it was sprayed into a material that was made to prevent drafts inside your house. Long story short they are crooked so save your money and find a reputable company
