extremely poor customer service skills! i'm super disappointed with how they treat people.

Bought a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. The very day I went to drive it home, it died along the road not even half way home. So on the coldest day of the year, her father had to come and pick it up with HIS truck and HIS trailer and haul it back in to them. They would not compensate us for our time/vehicles or gas but did give us a free detail on the car. Ok... So they called stating it was fixed and it was because the car was out of gas. I argued with them that the gas gauge said it was half full. Finally they replaced the gas gauge. Went to pick it up and didn't even make it outside of town and it over heated. So we turned around and limped it back. Again they call and tell me it's fixed. We finally got it home this time and within a couple days it was overheating again. We installed a new thermostat and filled it up with anti-freeze but this did not help. We had noticed by this time that it was eating anti-freeze pretty fast but we could not find leaking in it, just some damp hoses. So back we go again. I don't even remember what they said was wrong but again, "they fixed it". Since then we have to check it every week and keep filling it up with anti-freeze or it starts overheating. In the mean time a few weeks later it was running really rough and not wanting to stay running. I called them and they advised me that it's considered normal maintenance and I would have to pay to fix it. So long story short, we have MAYBE had this vehicle a year now. I have put a very large sum of money into this vehicle to keep it running. Last bill was over $400 dollars to fix the over-heating issue/anti-freeze problem that "they fixed" which they did not and once again the fuel gauge that they "fixed" is not working either. They ripped me off royally and I don't care if they are the last place on earth to buy a vehicle, we will NOT be giving them any more business. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! read more

A little advice...stay away from this place. I just drove 6 hour round trip to look at a Subaru Impreza that was totally misrepresented! Both Jen and Julia, whom I talked with over the phone, knew the distance I was driving. Only thing that they mentioned was light hail damage. No rust, no oil leaking from motor. Per Jen just before heading down there, she said, "if there was any leaking, it would have been taken care of in the shop". We get there and Jen is busy so Julia gets the keys and says she wished I would have called as I said i would before I left...I informed her I did and spoke with Jen because Julia was busy. Julia seemed gruff and put out. To keep it short, here is what I found.... -obvious large hail damage (not tiny could hardly see as told) -scrapes on the wheel wells front and back with a dent in between on the right side including mirror. -rust spot on the rear quarter panel. -rear bumper missing paint right side left -left side mirror scraped up -motor leaking oil on right side from intake gasket, so much there was a "puddle" on the top of the motor, then running all the way down to bottom of motor -coolant reservoir way over full -battery not even fastened down, flopped it around with my hand -oil pan pretty much covered in oil -interior way more stained and dirty/grimy than you can see in the pics, which I did double check before writing this -no drivers side sun visor -kids toys and screwdriver in the spare tire area -and to top it off, tried to start it and it wouldn't even turn over So, in my opinion, it was a very misrepresented vehicle and they had no concern for my time, taking off work and the drive. The pics that they take are very misleading, weather photo-shopped or just very good with lighting/shadows when taking them. Either way, very misleading. I will never do business there. read more

Had a good experience with the staff there. They took care of my service and worked with them on a contract. They have a really impressive dealership. Was alittle confused where to park but after that we were good. read more

got girlfriends 16 year old a truck. started cutting out real bad on way home. asked if i could bring it back so they could fix it. they told me in 2 weeks. not good business. they could care less about thier customers. asked if i could bring it back and get a different vehicle. they said no. they know they ripped me off and wont work with me at all. dont go there you will regret it. please pass this on. im telling everybody i know read more
