I came here yesterday because I was in so much pain. I have pretty poor posture and eventually it caught up to me i guess. My range of motion in my neck was very limited and I could barely turn my head from left to right. I searched thru Yelp and this was the only place that had a same day appointment. I created an account online to scheduled for 11:45am, but when I arrived someone else was booked in for that time. I may have not booked properly online, so make sure you get an email confirmation. Nonetheless, the therapist was super accommodating and asked that I come back in an hour even though there weren't any available bookings for 12:45pm. I'm so glad I waited for my massage! Afterwards I was in less pain and able to move my neck instead turning my body just to look off to the side. The therapist also took the time to educate me on preventative measures with a couple of exercises I could from home. If you're the type to enjoy deep tissue massages, I'd recommend you book with Lorenzo. As for the facility it's bright and clean looking. read more

I came in to PRE Therapy for my very first treatment yesterday. I had a 60 minutes treatment and after the session, Justin prescribed a post-therapy plan, which consists of home care exercises and this was very helpful! I feel relieved already! The clinic is clean, minimal, and modern - very zen too! Booking appointment was easy via Jane App. There is a lot of free parking around the clinic. I have had sessions with both Cheryl Yip and Brandon Luu to resolve knee and back pain. Both were exceptional. Both therapists spent a lot of time to figure out what the issue was that was causing my pain and then using both prescriptions for exercises and adjustments to fix the problem. Which was extremely effective. The best kind of prescriptions for pain! Not drugs, but muscle building to fix the root cause of the issue! Five stars for sure! read more

I had a car accident about 5 years ago. Since then I've gone to many massage therapists, all of who were trying to heal with massage and deep massage and nothing was working. Finally last year in Oct 2020, someone recommended PRE Therapy on Laurel. On my first appointment I saw Sascha Lo. He conducted an initial assessment and started my treatment with was a combination of massage + neck stretches. After 6 appointments. I was feeling 100% better. He then shared that the treatment was complete and to come back only if I feel pain. I'm very grateful that I went to this clinic and I met the best RMT's in town named Ben Tsang & Kyle Chow. They helped me a lot to treat my lower back pain as well as they're very knowledgeable with different types of techniques, very professional, and they know well the anatomy & physiology and could explain rationales for working on specific areas and tissue types. They also taught different exercises which helped me a lot to do self treatments at home. I would highly recommend this establishment who wants a therapeutic massage and therapist who are passionate and knowledgeable about their profession. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. Went for my first ever massage therapy session today and it was just pure bliss. For someone that preps food all day and works out right after, my whole back was tense and stiff overall but after getting fixed by Justin my whole back just felt weightless and free. This place is the worst! I called to make sure they do direct billing prior to booking and going in and they confirmed that they do direct billing. However when I went in for my appointment they claimed to have some sort of issue with the system and won't be able to submit direct billing, they said either pay out of your own pocket and reclaim it from your insurance or we can cancel the appointment, I explained to them that I do not want to bother calling insurance for hours or have the time to try and claim something that simply can be done by direct billing and thats why I asked them initially if they do so which the claimed they would. When I asked for the appointment to be canceled instead the manger insisted I should pay out of my own pocket and that they are would submit the claim for me as soon as their system is back on and they never had issues doing this. They continuously said to me that I don't have worry and the amount pay will be reimbursed within days. It's been over a month and they never submitted anything like they claimed they would, and upon calling them, they came up with some sort of BS that they can't submit it. I frkn knew this would happen and thats why I wanted to cancel the appointment. Here I am dealing with the nightmare of calling and waiting for insurance now and having to explain why I am submit something over a month old. Dishonest people and business. Avoid. read more
