Minimal responses to emails unless you get multiple people involved, not in their office the times they say are open, and when tenants actually move out, no checkout list confirmation or really communication at all. We had our tenants check out and Blakemore said it was clean and ready to move in. When we did move in, it was dirty, had holes in the walls, we had to contact THEM to get the keys. Oh and they said it would have carpets cleaned....yeah that wasn't the case. I would highly recommend NOT using this company and just managing your own property. Oh and another thing, anytime they do communicate with you, their stories and emails don't match up.
