They have a great selection, excellent customer service, and lots of inventory. We've found them to be super helpful in locating hard-to-find items and advising us of ways to reduce our construction costs. They deliver supplies to construction sites near and far and their delivery truck is equipped with a portable forklift which makes quick work of unloading and placing heavy construction supplies. They were in and out quickly and left us with a great working system. This spring, 2021, we had an issue with the well. The pump was running, but we were getting no water. Turns out, one of the pump bushings on the pipe had stripped and failed and the pipe was out of alignment. Chester responded to our call immediately. He fixed the failed part at no charge (it was under warranty). As usual, he was professional and fixed the issue quickly. Sometimes, despite doing everything right, parts fail. Considering I was in the AZ backcountry, I thought I was in a pickle, but Dillon nevertheless came over right away and recognized and repaired the issue. The second time, different friends were staying over while I was traveling and they lost water again. I should have listened to Dillon's recommendation to replace the booster pump the first time several months earlier. But, he came over again, on his day off, and set things right. This time I ordered the new pump, and he installed it as soon as it arrived a week later, and now I'm good to go. Most importantly, throughout this process, he was professional, patient, courteous, and very knowledgable about my system and how to set it right. I cannot recommend Dillon and Country Town enough. Terry is not punctual, will not call you and let you know he is running late, and does not call…read moreback in a timely fashion. He also doesn't want to work that hard to fix anything. We made an appointment to fix my dishwasher for late Monday morning. Terry showed up at 4:30 pm without notifying me that he would be late. After diagnosing the problem and ordering a part, Terry said he would replace the part Thursday or Friday. Terry did not respond to my phone call Thursday, Friday, or Sunday. On Monday night he called. Terry told me that he had tried to reach me twice but my answering machine must not be working and he had heard century tel was having problems with the phones. I used my phone and received messages without any interruption in service the entire time. Terry said he could replace the part after 1pm on Tuesday. Terry showed up at 6:15 pm without notifying me of any change in time. Terry looked at the dishwasher and said it was going to be too hard to pull out of the kitchen counter to repair. I told him I had installed it and wasn't that difficult He told me I would have to do it and he would return at a later date to install the part. In the same breath he told me he had to cut hay that night. We re-scheduled the appointment for Thursday, July 4th. When told that Thursday was a holiday and would that interfere with him coming, Terry responded, "Well it's a holiday, I like to drink my coffee, I'll see you around 10:30 am." Terry showed up at 4pm without any attempt to contact me. I had tried to reach him on his phone, but was only able to leave a message. It only took me 15 minutes to pull the dishwasher out from underneath the counter. About half of that time was familiarizing myself wish how I had attached/installed it and what I needed to unscrew, and disconnect. Maybe if Terry had a cell phone I would not write this review, but his overall indifference to reasonably accommodate his client shows an insincere attempt to service his client. Unreliable, and Unprofessional.
