Trying to get a fix is like pulling teeth and even when getting insurance information for a claim we are getting incorrect information and "not enough" or not correct information per the insurance company. They value repair above replacement, even for older units. They repaired my no-name (Hotpoint) dishwasher from 1995, repairing an entire mechanism part and various seals. They came and repaired my garbage disposal, and because the repair was so simple (stuck piece of old plastic), they did not want to charge me the full price. This was such an honest gesture. Their service is so reasonably priced as it is. I know that if I have any more appliance issues or general handyman work that I need done, Medvedkov is on the top of my list of folks to call.
