Early morning, two days later, we stopped getting water in our house. Our cistern was very low as well so we contacted the company we've worked with when installing the well to check it out. They discovered Tumwater had dismantled the well pump during their test but failed to hook it back up. We never even considered that the Tumwater visit could be related to losing our water. Since Rockwell (the company we've worked with) was already there, we had them fix the pump. We'd already been without water nearly 8 hours. When we contacted Tumwater about covering the bill to have the pump reassembled and hooked up, they were very unapologetic and told us we should have called them first and that they would only give us $100 because we didn't (the bill was $340.00). We then contacted our real estate agent who attempted to work it with Tumwater, but experienced the same and was told they refuse to pay their competitor. No apologies for their worker failing to do the job right. No apologies for leaving us without water for a day. Ultimately our agent agreed to pay the bill and asked that Tumwater pay him instead. I think Tumwater's attitude was petty and unprofessional. After that experience, I would never use or recommend them.

Considering I was in the AZ backcountry, I thought I was in a pickle, but Dillon nevertheless came over right away and recognized and repaired the issue. The second time, different friends were staying over while I was traveling and they lost water again. I should have listened to Dillon's recommendation to replace the booster pump the first time several months earlier. But, he came over again, on his day off, and set things right. This time I ordered the new pump, and he installed it as soon as it arrived a week later, and now I'm good to go. Most importantly, throughout this process, he was professional, patient, courteous, and very knowledgable about my system and how to set it right. I cannot recommend Dillon and Country Town enough. He operates in the rarified air of capable, knowledgable, honest, fair pricing, and shows up and follows up, and is extremely pleasant to work with to boot.

We began having water problems mid September. Rockwell Water Systems and Pumps (Entiat, Wash) came…read moreout to see if the problem was related to a replacement well pump they installed early in the summer. They determined it was a circuit problem in the electrical box. They fixed it, then left. The next day we lost water again , they returned and were unable to determine the problem. So they highly recommended we contact O'Connell Drilling (Brewster, Wash) saying if it turns out to be a well problem, they are best situated to resolve it and if it becomes necessary, they can arrange to drill a new well. They were not able to come for 2+ days, they arrived late in the day and determined the problem was the electrical circuit box repair done by Rockwell. They fixed it, left and less than 3 days later we lost water again. They returned and concluded that our well is no longer drawing water and we'll need to drill a new well. We were told by the technician they were backlogged but provisions can be be made to accommodate emergencies like ours where we have no water and this is our only place of residence. Given the positive recommendation given by Rockwell, we were confident we'd be taken care of. We were wrong. Got a call late the next day and told we'd have to wait one-year before they could drill our well, and that they make no exceptions for emergencies, even though we were told differently. After being highly recommended, then wasting a week with them and hundreds of dollars in repairs that were clearly not needed because it was a well problem, not a circuit problem, we were basically told it sucks being us. I would NEVER recommend them. We're looking elsewhere.

I had the unfortunate water well failure at the end of December. Called several local companies who…read morewere not available. 2 neighbors directed me to this company. The MVM guys drove out...48 miles...to my house. The 2 guys came up to my house, inspected the electronics and the under the house pipes and pressure tanks. We went into the house and they said "we can fix it today, we just need access to the well...you need to get a snow plow out to plow up to the well". OK! I'm thinking. I get the snow plowed organized. At that point the 2 guys went, for the FIRST time, to LOOK at the well location. I joined them at which point they immediately said "no, we cannot fix the well problem...it needs excavating to look at the pipes." I canceled the snow plow, Had to pay him $124.00. My issue IS why did you not look at the well in the 1st place? That would have taken 10-15 minutes to diagnose the problem. I got a bill for $700.00 from this company for travel, labor and no repair. Out a total of $824.00 for no repairs. All of which could have been a 10-20 minute decision in the first place. Talked to the owner who was very nasty on the phone with me. Don't waste your money.

Just visualize the driller pounding through the earth,then a flag shaped triangle of water shooting out of the top of the drill rig. Then when he finally got through the water and hit clay,he stopped the drill, came over and asked us how far we could go and if we would accept 1 gpm! Are you catching on to what Fogles did to us? It is called deep drilling and I told the owner half the county knows how crooked they are and other half needs to learn. They are not allowed on our property for any reason. Shame on them. What a legacy to leave their children whom they wish to turn their business over to.
