One of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortunate of working with. We had a warranty plan…read moreon a couch, and this company was the one we were assigned for the repair. They initially scheduled a repair for March 18. On March 10, they suddenly send a message that the repairman will be there in 10 minutes. We inform them that we're not available, and they tell us that March 18 isn't available anymore. Fine - we reschedule an appointment for March 30. On March 30, no one shows up, and no sends a message saying they're not coming. After calling about five times, I finally get a call back, and they book us a new appointment for April 24. Then, on April 9, another message saying the repairman will be there in 10 minutes. This has been absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Well the worker came (not Jeff) and the guy (Thomas -who was nice) drove up in a car (unexpected) and got out Thomas stated that he wasn't sure what the job was and it must of been a miss communication because he can glue and drive some screws in but nothing like this that needed to be fixed,he didn't do major repairs , he was expecting something completely different and well frankly so was I . So what I'm telling you is ... if you need a couch leg to be tighten or something simple , that's fine go with company. The Owner Jeff should of just stated that he was sending someone , and that the company only does simple repairs and maybe some cleaning . Beware he's gonna charge you $275 for a simple repair, maybe some wood putty in a crack . They just do simple things because if I would of know and if he would of been honest and actually looked at my pictures I sent him I wouldn't of had to send his worker out to my house!!! Oh btw he charged me $50 dollars for his worker coming out just to be sent away, Shame on this business!!!

Beware! Based on my experience, the quality of workmanship has diminished. The back cushions of two…read morechairs and a sofa were made much too small, the skirt on one of the chairs was shorter on one end, the cushions are hard! You could bounce a ball on them. Joe, immediately redid the back cushions and the skirt. However, there are still mistakes I let slide. It's a good thing I ordered extra fabric. It may be that the shop was so far behind with orders, that workmanship suffered. In the past, friends recommended Joe, the owner. I had seen his work. I debated whether to buy a new sofa and two chairs or recover. I decided I could rely on Joe's expertise and quality work. I was mistaken. In spite of high quality of sofa and chairs, I would have gotten better results buying new. I hope my experience was just a one-time fluke. However, ask for recent recommendations.
