We started bringing our boy there when we lived in Kissimmee and loved everything about the place. We then moved to Jacksonville and tried a few places here. Our dog was stressed and wouldn't go with the people, it was always loud and chaotic. Now we travel 3 hours each way to bring our baby to Precious Paws. The guys are incredible, they make our baby so comfortable, he loves seeing them. He goes right to his spot there and he is so calm. They talk softly to him when he gets nervous ( especially when his feet get touched ). I will always make the extra effort to get my sweet boy to Precious Paws because they treat us all like family. Can't say enough about the cleanliness and quietness of the facility, or the loving kindness of the owners/groomers. I'd give a million stars if I could! read more

Beware taking your pet to be groomed. They are amateurs and will do what they want. I asked for a trim and they completely shaved my Papillion down to his skin, even his wispy signature ears. He had a few knots under his legs and his feet needed clipped. They did not listen to my request for a trim. They clearly cannot use scissors and rely on a machine based on how choppy his feet and ears are. read more

Yesterday my friend, her baby and I went to Frutella which is next door to this business. While getting in the car to leave, my friend dropped her debit card in the parking lot in front of Precious Paws Grooming Pet Market. We immediately turned around as soon as we noticed that she didn't have the card on her. There was a couple sitting in their car and told us that they had literally turned it in 5 minutes before we arrived. I banged on the door a couple of times, called twice and even left a voicemail. No one answered and we knew a male employee was there. It was only 4:40pm and you close at 5pm. Do you think I would recommend the business? Definitely no. read more

I took my dog to this place because it had good reviews but i am very disappointed with the customer service. They treated me as if I'm irresponsible because he had some matting. The haircut was awful, my dog had a tall afro cut, I had to fix him at home the best way I could. I wanted to give them another try. I had saved an appointment in my calendar for 9:30 am today and walked in at 9:21. I was told in front of other customers I was late. I told him it was a 9:30 appointment he said no it was 9 and that he cannot take him because he's too big and furry. Second time they make feel a customer uncomfortable. I will never go back! If they treat a person like that can't imagine how they would treat my dog. read more

This is my first review ever, I did not want to do it but I hope it helps someone. I went to this place for the amazing 5 starts reviews, but I am disappointed. I asked for them to cut under his tail, his belly, trim his face, including his beard and they only did half the work. They only cut under his paws, the hair close to his eyes in his face, and a little of his belly hair, but thats about it, they barely even brush him . I called before doing this review asking why his paws in front were not cut, am I just received a rude "you can bring him back but if we cut him and he bleeds remember you gave me permission" WHAT A NICE COSTUMER SERVICE! Will I trust them with my dog ever again? No, neither should you! If you do just make sure you check your pet before leaving, I noticed all the mistakes once I got home. read more

One of family friends recommended we try her groomer. I was a little reluctant because her dog has a smooth coat and does not require a "haircut". I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the services the wonderful owners at Precious Paws offer. I have a two year old King Charles Cavalier. He suffers from separation anxiety. I was preparing myself for the dramatic cry when I first came into the shop. The calming music and lavender/vanilla smell made the shop feel so calming. No dogs were barking, and it was extremely clean. I was referred to the shop by a friend who has two small Yorkies because they are so gentle. My 'Ohana didn't make a peep when they took him, as he felt safe. They show dogs, so their grooming skills are phenomenal. The price is extremely affordable as well. My 'Ohana never looked so good. I plan to return and refer anyone in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. Plus there is a shopping center so if you want to do a little shopping while your pup is at the doggie spa you can! read more

Amazing place. The groomers/owners were absolutely wonderful. They even went as far as to let me leave my dog for an extended period of time because of my job. The prices are completely reasonable and they did an amazing job on my baby. I have taken my dog to another groomer closer to home but it didnt compare. We met a woman walking her dogs that had just been groomed and our Shih Tzu really needed groomed before we could get her an appointment back home. She said the owners of Precious Paws Grooming not only did an amazing job (which I could clearly see) but were great with her high anxiety dogs. They happened to have an appointment the following morning so we took Chloe in. Truly the best grooming experience we have had and she is 9 years old. You can see them being groomed giving peace of mind and they really were kind and gentle handling the dogs. The groomers are artists in grooming with every dog leaving looking like they could go straight to a dog show. I would not take our dog anywhere else if we lived here! They are very good with my rescue dog. She is very skittish, but I am told she is very good for them. The first time I took her in to be groomed we had just found her on the side of the road. Her fur was matted and she was extremely skinny. She was treated like a princess. Now she is beautiful and Precious Paws keeps her looking good. read more

Absolutely the best! I've been taking my dog to Precious Paws for almost 2 years now and I can't praise Ray and Ed enough. They have a huge and genuine love for dogs and it shows in their work. When I pick up my dog she looks and smells amazing! She smells great for weeks until her next visit. Ed and Ray love her and she loves them right back! They take great pride in their work. It also is a huge plus that they are the owners and personally take care of your pet which helps your pet build trust and a relationship with them. When I took my dog to other chain groomers who will remain nameless.... a different person would handle her every time and she hated it. Now when I drop her off to Precious Paws she runs to Ray and hugs him. It's a good feeling when you leave your precious pet with someone you can trust. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.
