The details they share with me about my daughter's day make me feel like she is the most important child they spend their day with. I know that it can be stressful working in a day care, but they make it look easy and joyful. I can tell my daughter is not only having fun, but she's also learning. Everyone is so kind and nurturing to the kids Everything is clean and well kept I LOVE that the infants room is staff and infants only. It makes me so happy to leave my little one there. Makes my heart happy to see people genuinely loving over these children. They completely understand my parenting ways of BLW and have no issue with that. Which is a plus. Pick up and drop off are fast easy and always with a warm welcome or a happy see you later. The app they use is very efficient especially chatting one on one with teachers ! A large tent ensures that no matter what the weather conditions, this event will take place. Did I mention free? Yep, completely free to all who attend. The church and school combination has continued to serve the community since the turn of the last century, and although it might sound like the buildings are perhaps outdated, to the contrary, the church is modern and up-to-date, with beautiful stained glass windows and a pipe organ that is one of the larger ones in the region. The school is smaller than many of the local elementary schools, but the students receive some of the best training and education in the State of Michigan. Every testing system ever used to evaluate the student's progress has consistently scored them in the upper echelon of elementary education. Attached to the school is an Early Childhood Center which continues to receive awards year after year. Bravo to the group at Trinity for serving Macomb County and making positive contributions to our local community!!

My son genuinely loved going to school every day, and I always felt confident that he was being well cared for and receiving a quality early education. What makes her work even more impressive is that, as she shared during the graduation ceremony, she spent several months without a permanent teaching assistant and worked with various substitutes and fill-in staff throughout the year. Despite those challenges, she maintained a positive, structured classroom where the children continued to learn and thrive. The office staff were also kind, helpful, and often seemed to be doing their best while working short-handed. Unfortunately, my experience with the administrative side of the program was very different. Communication and payment management were frustrating throughout the year. I repeatedly requested receipts and payment records for before- and after-care charges, and it took nearly five months to receive a PDF of my account history because staff reportedly could not access the information through their system. By the time I finally received the records, I was too frustrated to spend hours sorting through months of charges to verify whether everything was correct, despite having concerns that there may have been billing discrepancies. Another concern was the delay in receiving tax documentation. Tax paperwork should have been sent out no later than the end of January, yet I did not receive the necessary forms until the end of February despite multiple requests. This created unnecessary stress during tax season and further highlighted the administrative issues I experienced throughout the year. I also found it concerning that the person handling payments appeared to be managing responsibilities across multiple locations. From a parent's perspective, the workload seemed too large for one person to effectively oversee, and the delays and communication issues reflected that. Finally, I was disappointed by the cost of graduation. Families were charged $40 for a preschool cap and gown for a brief, approximately 30-minute ceremony. The tags were left on the items, showing they had been purchased for significantly less. While I understand there are costs associated with organizing events, the markup felt excessive for what was provided. Overall, the teachers and front-line staff were wonderful and made this program a positive experience for my son. Their dedication and hard work often seemed to compensate for administrative shortcomings behind the scenes. The classroom experience was outstanding, but the administrative and billing experience was, unfortunately, one of the most frustrating I have encountered in over ten years of dealing with childcare and school programs.

They have rigorous cleaning procedures and go above and beyond with their sick policies to try and keep everyone healthy. The owner is very understanding and open minded to accommodations when necessary. She believes in open communication and doing what is best for the children, staff and center. They provide diapers and wipes, and fresh hot meals for the children every day. They use quality curriculum, such as the creative curriculum designed to enrich and guide the children developmentally.
