I contacted Cesar from Top Notch Gutters to give me an estimate to solve my problem. I had every expectation that I would be paying for all new gutters. Well, I was wrong. Cesar climbed 30 feet up his ladder, was able to clean some debris out of the gutters, and adjusted them so that water flowed toward the downspout rather than toward the house. Nearly a year later, they still have made little to no effort to resolve the issue. Accidents happen, but how a company responds says everything.
