The rep sent me the packages but on my iPhone 14 the type was under 4pts, so I could not read the tiny typed on my cell phone. I went to their website, but apparently the packages are all different. It would go a long way if they would pick up the phone and talk to you, vs texting. It would eliminate a lot of confusion about their packages. B/C there was confusion, I did not understand what was included. The rep was very kind and gave me a discount. But I recommend they make their website mobile friendly, so customers can read the packages via text. Ella and Shante assured me they would send a crew that would do the job for $700 (no carpet or outside windows) before the Realtor's Open House. Instead, 2 nice people, Frank and Sonya, showed up at 11AM. They seemed to work hard but it was an impossible assignment. Then the texts and calls started: the house had too many windows ($15 for cleaning each one, inside only, see picture below), 2 ovens, and the garage is too big. This goes with big houses.
