I described what I was looking for/imagining and she sent me examples from their website, even suggesting new ideas. They typically don't service La Jolla area, but she got approval to deliver there, and they were still better priced than others in San Diego area. They set up perfectly, even got our arch put together (which was a relief since it was one less thing to do), and broke down at the designated time. Their professionalism and service are top notch. Tables, chairs and heat lamp were delivered a day before the party, which was an added plus since they told me the day of the party they were fully booked and busy and couldn't give me an exact drop off time. My anxiety started lol but when they rang the doorbell the night before we were all shocked and thankful. I told my bf to pay attention and ask them to demonstrate how to turn on the heat lamp, they did and he swore he knew how. Come the night of, he couldn't turn it on, he was literally trying for 30 mins, he thought there was no more gas. We made a quick call to Fernandas to let them know the heater wasn't turning on.
