They then told me it would be another 20 mins. So after another 30 mins they texted and said the truck was having issues and would be delayed. I asked for an eta and they said 'at least an hr. The truck is broke down so we sent out another.' I said 'okay, what's the eta for that one, then?' He said 'an hr.' Nope. I told him to cancel, that it was bs, and I would call someone else. He said 'well, as i said our truck broke down.' I replied 'good, saves me from paying for your crappy service.' Then he sent a laugh emoji. Unacceptable. They could have told me after the first 20 mins that the truck was having issues, yet they just kept stringing me along. You are providing an EMERGENCY SERVICE for people who are paying you, and not only are you not going to communicate effectively, but you'll laugh at people who are stuck and frustrated??? Not only was it not completed in a timely manner he also broke my cars clock spring by disconnecting the steering shaft because he couldnt complete the job properly so now my steering wheels controls do not work and my paddle shifters are non functional cause significant issues. I would not recommend this mechanic unfortunately. He caused more issues than solving.

He was able to…read moreprogram two new key fobs and cut the key blades for my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country in about 50 minutes in my driveway. The final total was within the range he quoted over the phone and very reasonable. Brian was very patient while I checked to make sure the keys worked in the door lock, the buttons worked properly and the fobs started the car. My only oversight on my part was noticing that these fobs do not include buttons for the side doors, but that's not a big deal. This job would have cost much more in terms of time and money at a dealership. Payment over Zelle was quick and easy. Very happy with my experience!
