Not only was it not completed in a timely manner he also broke my cars clock spring by disconnecting the steering shaft because he couldnt complete the job properly so now my steering wheels controls do not work and my paddle shifters are non functional cause significant issues. The final total was within the range he quoted over the phone and very reasonable. Brian was very patient while I checked to make sure the keys worked in the door lock, the buttons worked properly and the fobs started the car. My only oversight on my part was noticing that these fobs do not include buttons for the side doors, but that's not a big deal. This job would have cost much more in terms of time and money at a dealership. Payment over Zelle was quick and easy. Very happy with my experience!
