I dropped the car off, and in less than a day I received a call letting me know what all the issues were. (There were wires that had been burnt and needed to be replaced. As well as the A/C compressor was shot.) He explained everything in detail and told me all the options. The shop had my car over the weekend and I got it back on Tuesday. Took my 2022 Telluride here for a rear end repair, was here for 4 months(parts were unavailable for…read moremost of the delay) went to pick the car up and was rejected as there was a lot of unfinished items, went to get the car again and still was not repaired correctly. Ended up taking the car back damaged and settling for a lower amount from the shop. Currently having the car re-repaired(finding a shop to do rework is almost impossible) turns out the car has more work/damage than it originally went in with, about 10k in repairs from a rear corner panel job, 80 of the car had overspray, horrible tape lines, interior damaged from improper window installation. Had to replace most of window trims around the car from razor knife gouges, the list is never ending it seems. Mechanically they repaired the car properly as far as I can tell. I won't be returning to this shop, even for the free oil changes promised for the inconvenience and botched job. Check out how much/thick the body filler is!
