Leo said didn't need any parts just bled the brakes. $45 awesome thanks........2 days later we ate stranded in town because the callibers locked up and couldn't accelerate. Furious my husband calls Pratts. "Oh thats crazy, person answered phone said. We had to get truck towed back to shop. My husband knew it needed the parts because he is a mechanic but disabled now. Kept truck Thursday, Friday, over weekend. Monday at 11 I called and asked how status of my truck was. He said it done at 1. I asked the bill..... $916.00. WHAT?...for 2 calibers and a master cylinder? He immediately got smart and disrespectful to me. I handed phone to my husband. No apology for not even looking at my truck first time, no apology for having to pay to tow it there. Just smart, disrespectful comment to a customer that has been stressed the eff out by all the troubles he could have prevented. He will NEVER GET ONE RED CENT FROM ME AGAIN. I suggest going somewhere where they do what you ask the first TIME!!!!!! If I could give a negative star I would.

The man who helped me was so nice, and got a new tire on for me while I waited in the office. They were honest and very friendly! I do not live in this area, but if I did I would absolutely go back! It's a small business but they do good work. I'm very happy!
