I was referred to Wichterman's my one of the mobile repair companies in town. This particular repair company was particularly honest - they told me that I could use their service and they would attempt to repair the rip. However, they leveled with me that the best option would be to contact Wichterman's. They said that Wichterman's keeps a wide variety of products in stock, and can quickly recover the area in question. I dropped my car off in Chanhassen on a Tuesday night. I had an email at 2 pm the next day saying the repairs are all done. And they did a REALLY nice job. The seat looks completely new. And the best part is the cost was exceptionally reasonable. Honestly, it wasn't much more than the quotes I received for a mobile team to come out and try to fix it with a heat gun and reseal it (which would have shown a repair had been done). And with Wichterman's, my vinyl seat is totally new! Honestly, I'm really pleased with the work and the speed. And I'm grateful to the mobile leather repair company that referred me to them. I would recommend their work.

The material frayed and pulled away from the seam so I called and worked with the warranty company and they said it was not covered. SERIOUSLY. Why do we have warranties and then Furniture Manor said I could bring my couch in and they would repair it for 175.00. I cannot move my couch in my jeep. Why can't you come out and repair it it is your crappy couch you sold me. The person I did pay to come out to repair it said this will probably happen again because it was loosely stitched and he said this is totally manufacturer defect and not sewn correctly. So I would not recommend anyone buying anything from Furniture Manor and their crappy warranty company. I thought I was helping a small store I will only go to the big box stores from now on. Very Disappointed in the customer service and standing behind what you sell.

I really had issues with the infotainment system MIS installed on my 2020 pathfinder in November…read more Apparently MIS will no longer work with the company that made the replacement system due to the excessive issues. After speaking with Jeff, post me losing my cool with Andrew, he found a different system that had to be custom made to work. So in Jan, MIS took out the failed system that they installed and replaced it with a modified system that functions perfectly. They worked to fix a problem that was not an install issue. It was a component issue. It took time and they got it right. Since they were willing to work with me and provided me a functional infotainment system I had them also install a front and rear dash cam system. I really appreciate the customer care. Thanks

I was initially thinking I needed to fully reupholster it but then discovered Joe. He spent time helping research fabrics based on my inspo photos and educated me on the process. Once I decided on a fabric, Joe quickly came to measure and my slipcover was ready less than two weeks later. I'm beyond obsessed with the outcome; it is machine washable, much more affordable than a full reupholstery and looks like a whole new chair. Highly recommend!
