Awesome service! The gentlemens name (Chuck) was very courteous and respectful when engaging in conversation. I could tell he truly cared about fixing our car, or for us, our RV. Thankfully, he had the correct piece of equipment to fix our RV. My wife and I could tell he really wanted to help us, as we were extremely stressed since we just bought the RV that same day it broke down. My husband and I drove to DeFuniak from Jacksonville for a few days to celebrate my 70th birthday! We were looking forward to going to several of the beaches along the Emerald coast and seeing the sights in DeFuniak. The night we arrived we started seeing white smoke billowing out from under my hood!! The next morning, upon closer inspection, we realized all the liquid was draining out of the radiator. We called several places before reaching Pam, with Precision. I told her what the situation was, and they helped us arrange towing to their shop, and within 2 hours, our car was fixed. SUPER WONDERFUL people!!! They had the part in stock, and the cost was very reasonable. Chuck and Pam were "lifesavers"!!! Can't thank them enough!!! My in-laws we're on 331 broke down with a busted brake line today (6-2-20) and after was finally able to get there and repair it I could not bleed the brakes to get the air out. Mind you, it was pouring down and they are in a RV towing another vehicle. As they drove off I followed them and had them feel the brakes and they were able to stop but were nervous. I called and explained the situation and it was 20 minutes to close, the staff waited after hours just to bleed them. They were oxidized so bad, but they fixed it. I am grateful to you all at Precision, my step son was taking his 1st trip with them and his cousin ever. So, Thank You from a local family for treated them with such a kind gesture. I had them work on my F-350 7.3 . He replaced a sensor he did not torque it down ,it came loss and lost 2 gallon of oil. When i called him about it he did nothing but lie to me about the whole thing .HE IS NOT A HONEST PERSON !!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... read more

My advice is to stay away, very far away. The owner knows a lot about cars, but he will jerk you around until you just want to scream. A friend of mine lent me the money to buy a little used car from him. I told him I wanted a little car, not too expensive but dependable enough to get me to work every day. Didn't care what it looked like, just so long as I didn't have to have it in the shop every time I turned around. He assured me this was the car for me and then since he is a mechanic offered to help me if anything did go wrong. Even went so far as to offer to change the oil for free until I was on my feet again. well, that was last year. Now, I know he knew about lots of things wrong with that car. He just didn't tell me. Then when I started taking it back in for work, he acted like I was a huge inconvenience. He offered to change the oil because he knew the car was leaking oil. He knew there was a problem with the power steeering. He knew there was a hole in the radiator, lots of stuff like that. Right now, the little car is parked in the yard because I can't drive it anymore there are so many problems. Again, just stay away. You would be much better served to just drive to the next town and find a mechanic you can trust. read more

Put a box of parts back into action! We have been taking our vehicles to Chuck for several years. He has always done good work. We took our motorhome with the parking brake in a box after we had take it to another repair shop in DeFuniak Springs. They pulled it off and gave up. Chuck researched the system on line and put it back together. We also bought a Chrysler that came from Ohio, (not from Chuck) which is in the car rust belt. Over the years he has replaced the motor and other parts on our rust bucket. His prices are reasonable and returns the vehicle as soon as he can. read more
