I was having issues with my driver passenger and thought that I might have run over the nail . I stopped at B&'M this afternoon before I m off for my 10 hours driving trip. They took me in just right before they closed .They were very professional and very knowledgeable they dtook my tire out and did the testing and everything only thing that they found was just a loose valve on my tire so changed everything and checked again and now my sensors doesn't keep coming off any more . They didn't even charge me for anything . I really appreciate for their kindness and good customer service as a girl who doesn't know much about the car I feel more safe to go on the road trip and will be back for any future services for my tires and will highly recommend everyone to come and support our local business here in Freeport FL. read more

Single mom goes in to their shop. Truck won't crank. she gets a friend to help tow the truck to B&M Tire Center. she has no other option B&M is the closest shop and thought to be the most replicable one. She told them. not the battery not the fuses that it's probably the starter. call came from the shop it's going to be $800 for a starter. $105 for diagnostic $450 for the starter and 2 hours labor. she had no other choice. plz fix it. when picking up the truck she had a conversation w the Owner Zach. " why did you charge me $450 for a starter". his reply because that's how much the parts store charges me and so that's what I charge the customers. I said you mean you don't put an up charge on parts he said NO that he doesn't up charge on parts he just wouldn't do that to his customers. Long story short. She is out of town starter doesn't work went to the part store chain where the starter was purchased. And found out that NM Tire only spent $255 for the starter the owner ZACH ball face lied to me and shook my hand and took my $800 knowing that he was lying to me about the cost of the part, there's more to the story, that is not good . DON'T trust this place of business. run away!!!!! read more

I had my oil changed on 2/28/23 and asked for a look at it while it was on the lift for an oil leak and a look for anything wrong with the suspension also. I was charged $30 for the engine inspection and an additional $30 for the suspension inspection. My ticket stated valve cover gasket leaking and a list of things that needed to be replaced on the suspension system. I was promised a quote on the repairs shortly. I called with a follow up for the quote 2 days later and was told they were working on it and would call me. A good friend has a lift and works on cars and said he would take a look at it. This allowed me to look as well. There was no leak on the valve cover gasket, the leak was from the oil pan gasket. Also the list of suspension items were inspected with nothing on my ticket needing replacement. I paid $60 for a bogus inspection with items listed that were not defective. I was a loyal customer of BM Tire before it was sold and had a high regard for their integrity. Not the same view under this new ownership. I'm still waiting on that promised quote, but wouldn't have any work done there anyway. read more

I needed 4 tires taken off of my vehicle and I had my own 4 to put on it. I called for a quote and was told 40-$50 per tire. Seemed high to me but I went with it. Dropped the vehicle off and when I picked it up, the bill was over $260.00. Tax was charged. In the state of Florida, labor cannot be charged when no transfer of tangible personal property exists. They took 4 tires off and put 4 tires on. "Charges for repairs of tangible personal property needing only labor or service are not taxable." That statement was copied from the Florida website that deals with tax. Also, there was a FORTY DOLLAR charge for "Shop supplies." All that was used was AIR! So they added 20% for nothing. That is a very poor way to rip off the public but because they are the only show in town, they can get away with it. If they had been honest with me from the start, I would have driven to Niceville or FWB. This is the most dishonest business I have dealt with in the small town of Freeport. read more

Partner went in for lunch break to get a new tire put on. They told him 20 minutes on the phone. I was doubtful and didn't think that was an accurate guess. Well low and behold these guys are awesome. Put a new tire on, balanced all his tires in 20 minutes. Now he's ready to drive home tomorrow and doesn't have to drive 6 hours on a spare tire. One of my belt for my car broke while I was driving. Had to call road side assistance and get my car towed to the nearest repair shop. B&M Tire shop was the closest. To be honest, I was sketchy at first. But, these group of men whom are the mechanics for this family owned shop took a look at my car and called around to see if places had the parts that they needed to fix my car. They fixed my car very quickly. I was very impressed with their service. I went in to pay for my car. I was surprised. I had to ask 3 times how much my bill was. I gladly paid them, no hesitations. For one thing, they did NOT RIP ME OFF. The quote that I got from the dealership to fix the same problem with my car, the dealership quoted me 5 and a half more than B&M charged me. So, if you need your car serviced or fixed and you are in the Freeport, FL area, or just want to take a drive through the country before getting your car serviced or fixed, go to this shop, it's very much worth it. While on vacation in the Panhandle I noticed I picked up a big nail and knew I'd need to have it fixed before we hit the road for home the next day. These folks were incredible. I'm sure I was in and out in 20 minutes and on my way back for the last day of vacation without missing a best. Last week I was in quite a bind as I had to have 4 tires installed quickly on wire wheels in order to have my car ready for an auto transport (non-standard job requiring tubes). After going to several corporate stores (Good Year, Firestone, etc.) without luck I spoke to B&M who said "no problem, bring the rims and we'll get it taken care of". A few hours later I had new tires with tubes at a very good price. Great experience and great price, I highly recommend this business. read more

This is a locally owned and operated shop/business and without a doubt doing things better, quicker, and more affordable than any competitors (big or small) anywhere else out there. I'm from out of town and heading back to Atlanta tomorrow and was in desperate need of new front tires. I called these guys after calling 3-4 of the other big names in the area just curious enough to see if they could compete with them and immediately was drawn in by the hospitality, knowledge, and definitely the price they quoted me on. Still thinking it was too good to be true I arrived and they honored everything they said. Within 45 mins I had my tires changed with high quality name brand tires and the cost was not only down to the penny of what they said over the phone but it was also easily 3 times less expensive than anywhere else. I do not ever leave reviews on places, actually I think this is my first one ever but I cannot recommend this place any stronger. This is i a time where I wish yelp offered 10+ stars.
