We came in yesterday (without an appointment!), and they were able to fit us in for an inspection after a brief 15 minute wait. Having brought our kids with us, we were directed to the small, tidy waiting area where we were offered to help ourselves to drinks in the mini fridge or a hot coffee. They even had juice boxes for our kids and light snacks were available as well! The co-owner/wife, Lori, went well out of her way to make sure my kids (especially our adventurous 2 year old) were entertained during our wait and provided him things like a flashlight and a calculator to play with, in addition to the toys and coloring books they offer in their waiting room.
