Andre and Tracy did amazing work in our home. We had our entire house done including the tile in our kitchen/dining. We have a dog who spends most of his time in our home office. We noticed urine odor a few weeks ago. Andre came in with a black light and a moisture detecting stick to show me exactly where the smell was likely coming from. He recommended the odor removal treatment since there was moisture in the padding in those spots. It smells great in our office now. I was a little taken back by the price but it was WORTH THE PRICE FOR SURE. I'm confident the treatment did the trick and he said if we did smell anything to give him a call back. Great service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO CLEAN YOUR CARPETS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We just had a HORRIBLE experience with this company. We purchased a GROUPON for $49 for a cleaning of 3 rooms. When the carpet guy evaluated our carpets and showed me the total, it was nearly $400 more that I owed him! I just wanted ONE extra room and 10 stairs. He added on all these extras. I wasn't a sucker for it so I just told him I wanted the extra room and ten stairs with "pre-treatment" ($90 extra!). I still ended up spending nearly $200! The worst part was that they rushed out the door when they were done and didn't even wait for me to inspect the rooms. When I finally got to inspect the rooms, I noticed SIX BLEACH spots on my high end berber carpet. TOTALLY ruined my carpet! When my husband called the customer service line to tell them of our concerns and that we were unsatisfied, she said that Chem Dry doesn't use any chemicals to clean. HELLO! it's called CHEM Dry! She blamed it on our dog peeing on the carpet. I'm sorry, but I've never seen a dog peeing bleach! My recommendation.......NEVER, EVER, EVER use this company to clean your carpets! First of all, I called them for the special that they had at the time. When they came they said the rate is just for the top of the carpet and to wash it I have to pay almost double. The carpet was just six months old and the main reason I wanted to clean was because of the stains in two rooms. I paid, they washed, the stains remained!
