Eddie did a fantastic job on our bathroom. He remodeled bathroom. He removed our old tub kit that was installed by the builder. We purchased our own tile at floor and decor. We also purchased our own shower door, drain and the shower valves. He told us how much tile we needed so it was an easy process. The entire job took about 5 days but he did a fantastic job. His price was more reasonable than other estimates we got. I highly recommend Eddie if you have tile and Stone work that you need done. This is the second time I've used Bros Tile and I'm even happier than the first time I used them. First: If you need something to set your clock by, just schedule time with Eddie. The guy is never tardy - not even by 10 seconds! Next: if you want a quality job, with the utmost attention to detail - hire Eddie. He installed the tile in our home about four years ago. Me and my wife decided we wanted to screen in our covered patio and extend the living area. We asked Eddie if he could still get the tile (he found just enough of our discontinued tile to do the job and leave us some extra. If you look at the pics you will see not only did he extend the lines of the tile but his cuts mimic the length of each tile so it appears it was one job and the patio door was installed after the tile - above and beyond precision. As if that is not enough Eddie showed up to do the job and realized the raised floor structure was not solid enough to keep the tile from cracking. He offered to correct that because he wanted us to be happy with the final result. This added several hours onto the job, but he wanted us to be able to host a party if we wanted to. I don't know if I should write this next part, but when it came time to pay, he told me there was no charge for the structural work (we voluntarily increased what we paid by 10%). What can I say - I hired Bros Tile and Stone to tile my restaurant floor (about 2000 sq ft). It was completed professionally, perfectly and on time. The place was left clean and tidy ready for the next days trade. So then I need my whole upstairs updated (about 1000sq ft). Again completed professionally and perfectly - in fact we couldn't believe how great the floor looked with the special tile cutting around my fireplace! So then the big, big test. After much debate and changing from one flooring to another, we hire Eddie to do all of the downstairs, living room, front room, kitchen, wine room, 3 bathrooms, office and three sets of stairs. We have half white marble and half wood tiles. Probably another 2000 sq ft. The job was again completed to our absolute satisfaction and on time for a very important deadline we had. He quoted me quickly and started the job almost immediately. He was on time EVERY DAY. His team was always respectful of our property and more importantly, the communication never lacked. AMAZING work from Bros. Tile !!! These guys showed up 15 minutes early and they came ready to work!! No time was wasted, they instantly starting prepping the work area by covering my counter tops, island, and flooring, while also setting up their there saw for custom cutting the tiles. At all times these guys were working harmoniously together with one guy doing the demo on existing granite, no drywall repair needed might I add, while the other guy was already making the mixture for the grout and organizing the tiles for install. You can tell these guys were pros because they knew what the exact next step was needed to be completed. They finished my kitchen backsplash in roughly 6 hours!!! 100% satisfied, especially since they were the 3rd contractor I had to go through before finding someone actually committed to doing the job and I'm glad Bros. Hard to get a hold of and seemed unreliable/unorganized. Got in contact with him, scheduled a visit for measurements my kitchen and bathroom. Was told I would be forwarded the measurements so I could begin sampling quotes. Had to contact him a week later for follow up on the measurements, said he forgot to send them. Followed up with our samples to move forward with a quote and he never replied. Attempted to make contact again before moving on. In the future I would advise not to waste people's time if you don't intend on moving forward with a job. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about these guys. Since moving to our house in Temecula we hated the tile floor used throughout almost the entire downstairs portion of our house. It was tan colored granite that was stained from moisture causing it to be off colored and gross. Couple that with the dirty tan grout lines and we knew it had to go from the moment we accepted ownership. 1100+ sq feet of grossness. We called and got quotes from 5-6 contractors and Eder from Bros Tile had the best prices and had great communication. He brought samples based on what we said we were looking for. He gave us the names of places to check out where he can get us his contractor discount. He was very responsive and helpful at every turn. He wasn't trying to over sell us on anything, he only wanted to see the tile that we wanted to go with before he got started. We ended up picking a tile from a Italian company that Eder wasn't to familiar with. To our surprise he did all kinds of research on the tile company, their manufacturing processes and materials they used. To me a porcelain tile is a porcelain tile, but to him there is cheap porcelain and there is Italian porcelain. After praising us for our expensive tastes lol it was time to get to work. First day is demo day, Eder comes in with a crew of 4, hangs plastic everywhere, over everything to prevent dust from going everywhere. All 4 guys have a jackhammer in each hand and they were just teaching those crappy tan tiles a lesson. Lol. They have a really efficient system of using trash cans on wheels and a lift gate truck. Fill the trash cans with debris and wheel them right out the door and onto the truck. At the dump they just push the can over off the back, drive way to rinse and repeat. The lift gate truck also came in handy for picking up our 3 pallets of tiles from Vista. Demo took 1 day. Day 2 install: Eder devised a install plan that would allow us to still use the kitchen and be able to go outside without stepping on fresh laid tiles. Based on the researched manufacturers recommendations and to stay true to the manufacturer warranty protecting from material related defects, Eder and his team installed every tile using a leveling system that I have never seen or heard of but the results are undeniable. Zero hollow tiles where the tile has to float to match the height of the one next to it and zero height differential between any of the tiles. As a guy who has tiled many kitchens and bathrooms myself and seen some pretty bad tile jobs, I was super impressed with this system and Bros Tile's level of attention to detail. Day 3 we picked the grout color from Eder's handy grout color sample selection where it is a 4" thin plastic stick that you stick between the tiles to give you a visual of what it will look like. We also picked the base trim from Eder's trim sample kit. I will be installing the base molding but did get the price using Eder's contractor discount. Days 3,4 and 5 are more install and grouting. Day 5 and 6 are the finishing touches where your entire house will smell like cleaning products and all the door jambs are caulked. Day 6 was the last day 1100 sq feet later and the end results are stunning. Like I said I can not say enough good things about this guys. We had an option to do our tile with the builder BUT we would have to pay about 30,000 for a basic looking tile that didn't really match what we wanted. So we decided to upgrade that flooring after we closed on our home to save on money. We ended up getting exactly the tile at Floor & Decor. We shopped around and asked neighbors for a recommendation for a tile guy, with no luck. I ended up going on Temecula/Murrieta/ Menifee Exchange on Facebook and asked for Reccomendations. With luck we found Bros Tile. Let me tell you that Eder did about 2,000 Sq Ft of tile work AND our Master Bath shower. We were so amazed at the craftsmanship and attention to detail he did to our home. We are extremely picky couple and let me tell you that he exceeded our expectations and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Eder works non stop everyday including Sunday's from 7am-til dark to get the job done right. I got him work with two of my other neighbors that also just closed on their new home.
