The daughter is allowed to run the company and she has no professional demeanor nor a clue on how to run a company what so ever. If she had to actually work for a large corporation she would have been fired within her first week. She has a tendency to yell at the drivers as if they were 2 year olds instead of sitting them down and talking with them like a professional adult. They claim to be christian however when the chips are down they will throw you to the wolves so to speak. If you are not form around the area this company is located do yourself a favor and look elsewhere this is not a company you want to up root your family and move across country for.

They have poor communication across technicians…read moreand will recommended unneeded and unnecessary services for customers that are not the most knowledgeable. It took them 4+ trips to my location to work on the problem and they never truly corrected the issue. The next contractor we called identified and resolved the solution in nearly 30 minutes and was much more professional. While Roto Rooter seems to be available most times of day, it may not be a positive experience based on my personal interactions. I ended up having to spend over $1000+ on Roto Rooter and the final problem was not even fixed.
