They had a…read moregood selection of Yamaha digital pianos in the showroom, but I really wanted an acoustic piano. Very pleased with my purchase and the service. The piano was delivered on time, the movers were professional and very careful in handling the piano and setting it up. Shortly after that, Jon came to the house and gave the piano its (complementary) post-delivery tuning, which is routine. A small repair needed was taken care of by brother Michael Vincetore who came with his assistant and did the repair promptly. My questions were always answered, and all paperwork and documentation which I requested, was received without delay. I would do business with this family-owned business again. I give them five stars for their courtesy and professionalism.

He is a guitarist in his own right and is patient. (As a retired teacher and administrator I do know that patience is a virtue.) Once I signed up, the invoices began to come much in more expensive than had been shared. The masking policy was misrepresented as well. I was told one thing on the phone before registration and fund another thing upon our arrival to the first class. This was important to my decision to register. I was told that make up sessions would be applied to the account for any missed classes and that those would never expire. I was also told that adjusting regular sessions to other days in the week was allowable with notice if needed without penalty. However, when I did this last month for November, they marked it as use of make up sessions and will not adjust. So they are stealing from me as I paid for those sessions but will not allow me to use them as indicated. I paid for December sessions and planned to use make ups for others. I have now been told I should take my kids someplace else. I have not been refunded my December payment and my kids will have had no lessons. I was not allowed to watch the services being provided to my children and have no idea what they have learned. I had to wait in the car. When I asked, I was given a hand written, undated, unsigned page with some note about what the kids were to have learned. In two months, my oldest does not even know a scale on the piano. I don't know that my kids received any music lesson services. This company uses unclear and poor communication, does not honor its word and seems to want to take payments but not provide the services.

Decades of experience and state of the art equipment in the hands of a master put this old guitar in terrific intonation over the whole fretboard and bring out its inner crackle. The little extra one pays is commensurate to the outcome. Without a doubt, the latest work makes my Guild acoustic more viable and play better than ever! Presumably this is because of the proximity to City Of Poughkeepsie, but I see no reason for it. This location has a bit of a confusing situation because you really need to remember which entrance you use so you can get back to your vehicle without having to circle the entire building with an overflowing cart of groceries. They are pros and cons to shopping here. Staff is extremely friendly to the point where you feel like you're at a neighborhood small grocery. But this place is massive with an abundance of imports and unique offerings from around the region. I belong to a farm cooperative, so I don't usually need vegetables. However, in this case, I did shop produce to locate some organic options to serve with the scallops and shrimp. The presentation is wonderful, but the prices are outrageous. Year over year, the same items that I purchased at Adam have increased by at least 30%. Some of that is due to the current geopolitics, but some of it is just plain exorbitant pricing. My purchase: A stop at Seafood to make sure they had 2 pounds of sea scallops approximately $24 per pound- wild caught. And the colossal shrimp more than $20 per pound also wild caught. Next stop a birthday cake - everything looks wonderful and I'm sure that there are items that are not mass produced with lots of fillers, but idea say that they probably use the same cake mixes as the less pricey supermarkets. Regardless, I had no time to bake so I picked up a 6 inch carrot cake - $26. And a fresh fruit tart 9 inch $29. Ouch, one note about the fruit tart is that the strawberries were not hold which makes for very.com cumbersome dining. You serve a lovely piece of fruit tart, and your guest has to dissect the strawberry to take the leaves off. It doesn't look that great and it is not appetizing. A quick stop to pick up organic broccoli. What the heck! Roughly $12 for two bunches of broccoli. I must be out of my mind. It was a birthday and I don't have any broccoli at home so I bit the bullet Over to the cheese counter where you can find exceptional values, and Exceptional imports My pic today was Bulgarian feta cheese, which is not easy to find, a beautiful French Camembert, and a block of Gouda. A loaf of bread, and a quick run to the clearance section at the back of the store where I scored pretty well with about 2 pounds of beautiful grapes for two dollars and a dragon fruit for under two dollars. A 12 pack of Parker General rolls $2.50 a quick run past the pasta department for the Italian produced linguine and onto the cash register. My cart was full and I knew my wallet would be empty soon so I headed home. Shopping at Adams is an experience rather than a chore. Please don't go on an empty stomach because you will soon regret it. You're not gonna find samples here for tasting, but you can ask at the cheese counter if you're not sure about a potential purchase and they will oblige. I do .

i have to agree with the previous post 100%,the quality and sound of their drums is outstanding! I'd also have to add though,that you won't find a nicer bunch of guys in the "drum world". If people weren't so into labels,these guys would be a household name. Next time you're thinking of getting a quality kit, don't look at who's playing that kit(that was given to them), go by the craftsmanship and sound of the KIT!!! They are a full service dealer of a wide array of products. My story starts with a Fisher Price Power Wheels Barbie Camper that stopped working. My granddaughter was heartbroken and so naturally so were we (grandma and grandpa). Fisher Price stopped making them a couple years ago so no way to replace it. It is in perfect condition except when you stepped on the pedal it simply would not go. We called Fisher Price and they were no help. We tried finding someone to repair it to no avail until we located S&S. We brought it to their store and were met by the nicest, friendliest, most knowledgeable and honest couple who own the business. I felt like I was with my best friends after meeting them. After explaining what was wrong, they said it was possible the gear box was bad, which is common, but would not know until getting inside and checking. If that was the problem, they quoted a repair estimate, and we left. About 15 minutes into our considerably long ride home, they called and said the camper was working perfectly after they tested it with a new battery. They concluded that the original 6 year old battery I had been using was no longer charging sufficiently to make it go! They had the right battery in stock and that was all they charged me for. No fee for looking at it or testing it. Just the charge for the battery which was half of the repair charge they had quoted. They very easily could have said they replaced the gear box and charged me what they had quoted and made extra money on this. But they are wonderful, honest people who are extremely good at what they do, which is provide tremendous, honest and friendly customer service. I am thrilled that my granddaughter and future grandkids will be able to enjoy this toy thanks to S&S. I absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone in need of the services or products they provide. You will be as happy as I am if you do!!
