Based on Yelp reviews we then called Devin from Flawless Masonry & Landscape who told us a circular driveway was absolutely doable! We were so impressed with Devin's design skills (including clear scaled digitized plans) and experience that we hired him on the spot. Plus Flawless's pricing was lower than other quotes we got. Icing on the cake. Then the pandemic hit so the job was delayed (NY orders), but Flawless came through after re-opening and did a superb job for us. Tommy showed up 2 hours later with his amazing, hard working crew. The broke up the sidewalk put all the debris in a truck. The job was slightly delayed due to the weather but John constantly reached out to let us know what was going on and he started the job as soon as he was able. At each phase of the project he communicated what he was doing. At one phase he ran into roots from an old Oak tree but his guys were able to remove them and didn't charge us for the additional work that was required. From the first meeting with Steve, he was honest, upfront, and helpful. We had an idea of what we wanted, but I appreciated his insight and professionalism in a few things he mentioned. Price: we got a bunch of quotes, Above All was right in the middle. Not the cheapest, but we cared about someone doing the job RIGHT. His crew does it all, moves sprinklers, checks drainage, etc. Service: Steve told me it would only take a day to rip out our old concrete patio and install a new one. I figured it would take at least 2-3 days considering the other companies we met with. He said that he "brings an army." I was WRONG. The day of install, Steve's crew showed up on time, ripped out the old concrete and by 4pm were finishing up. It was amazing how efficient and detailed each crew member was. Steve was there most of the day, not just overseeing his crew, but checking every single aspect of the job as if it were his own. The end result was amazing and again, couldn't be happier with our choice to use Above All Masonry.

As a designer, I appreciate that and enjoyed interacting with him. We later contracted them to do additional work at our property, give the positive experience we had with them. The only pity was that we previously hired another firm to do the plantings, which took weeks to complete, given they sent few men each day to do the work.
