After multiple stops around the area to try on frames I accidentally ran into this place. Let me just say-- customer service was AMAZING!! I wasn't pressured, or annoyed by someone standing over me. I was able to look around (in peace) then when I was ready I pulled out the 5 pair I liked, and asked a lady for her opinion (worker) I found the PERFECT thing air of glasses and a business who will always have me returning for years to come. read more

bad customer service, inaccurate prescription !!! I got 1 prescription on February , and it was inaccurate at all, then I came back in April, cause I couldn't wear glasses they prescribed, I had a headache, dizziness , which happened when prescription not right ( I wear the glasses from 7y.o so I thought ppl who had same problem know this feeling) so when they gave me second prescription I got new glasses, but also inaccurate, today I asked just give me a contact linses from the old prescription ( I got it ~year ago from my country) , they said I need to come back and do ano eye exam, for what??? again to get inaccurate one? kinda just throwing my money read more

I took my two-year-old daughter in based on a referral from her doctor, after her two year check up revealed potential astigmatism. Dr. Amber was amazing. First of all we did not wait at all, second of all the staff members were amazing. And Dr. Amber was so good with her. My daughter does have a pretty significant astigmatism in both eyes and is farsighted, so she will need glasses. I very much look forward to seeing this doctor for years to come. read more

I've been here several times and every time it has been excellent. I went in last August looking for glasses but unfortunately they didn't except my insurance but we're still so helpful. I went in again yesterday because I found out they except care credit which was great. Because of the type of prescription I have my glasses would have been over $600 so I definitely didn't want to spend that much since I don't wear the daily. I just wanted to leave a review and thank everyone here who is always so kind. The optometrist who helped me back in August was the same lady who helped me again yesterday, I have to say how professional and nice she is. The lady who greeted us and helped right when we walked in was so sweet also. You guys are the best! read more

I had my appointment in late January and the Dr told me that I had cataracts, although he didn't think my insurance would pay for the surgery, so I assumed he knew what he was talking about so I purchased some glasses. Within a couple of weeks I noticed my eye sight was worse so called back and requested a referral to a cataract specialist. I wish I would of done that before I spend all of the money on the glasses because my insurance will pay for the surgery. So if he tells you that you have cataracts, request a referral before buying the glasses. read more

This is a beautiful office and they have all the latest technology in addition to a warm and professional approach to treatment. I would highly recommend this office and these doctors. I am a self-pay customer, so I have zero tolerance for poor medical services. I have been a loyal Precision Eye Care customer for nine years, and I absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else. I laugh when people walk out with over $1000 of hardware and services without paying a dime (because their insurance covered it all), and then get on Yelp and cry because they had to wait 5 minutes too long or some other snowflake BS. For elite-level eyecare and the best selection of premium eyeglass frames, there are no finer doctors or facilities, anywhere, period. Doctors Ryan and Amber are so talented, the staff are amazing, and the office is gorgeous. I have a beautiful collection of top-quality glasses with tricked-out lenses, for any occasion, because I've spent thousands of my own dollars there. There can be no higher recommendation than that. But I hope you refuse to believe me, and go to some other half-baked eyecare place...because I don't want to wait behind you for an appointment, and they are ALWAYS booked solid. No, really. My husband and I both went and had full eye exams and bought glasses. I have never had such a thorough eye exam and they took their time to listen to concerns. I cannot say enough about how well we were treated and how Dr. Ryan & Amber Fritsch and Nicole made us feel at home. My husband even had some issues adjusting to his new glasses and they were very helpful with letting him know what was going on. We both love our new frames and glasses and would recommend them to anyone looking to have a wonderful experience and be able to have a long term eye doctor that they can truly trust!! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I was talked down to and smirked at when I came back for the THIRD time to get them to fix two pair of glasses out of which I could not see clearly. They said they couldn't do what I wanted. (tri focals with no lines) They said they would have to put the lines in the lens. They said, " You already have the progressives." I said, "But I can't read with them or see the computer clearly!" The female doctor told me that I would have to do the lines or keep what I already had. They had done a computer pair of glasses for me that were perfect, and distance vision was perfect, so I know they had the right perscription. It just wasn't being put in the two other pair. I now have three pair of glasses from them, two of which are useless. Needless to say none of them were cheap. I spent a lot for POOR QUALITY and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have told everyone I know about them and advised that nobody go to them for eye care. I hope that those of you who read this will tell anyone you know to read this review before spending hard earned money in the Mt. Juliet Percision Eye Care. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say about my experience. read more

Started out great! Until there was an issue:( Then the Doctors medical degree proved that just because your super intelligent in one area that doesn't mean you have what matters.......customer service. I received a new pair of glasses or lenses(make sure you know your terminology or the doc will get ya) and within a few weeks I was going crazy because they always felt like they were falling off of my face. I went to have them adjusted and somehow they accidentally broke my lens. Okay, it was an accident. When this happened I was fine because accidents happen, right?! I was very thankful they apologized and said they would "warranty" the lens. I'm sure the warranty company knows your going to warranty something you broke..,,, when this happened I was handed my frames and broken lenses. I was confused and asked if they needed them and they said "no". I was confused and my face surely said so but took them at there word. Now the fun part. I was called and told my glasses were in a few days later. Or maybe they said lenses as the doctor would argue(you better know your terminology or the doc will make sure you should've.). So, I arrive for my new glasses and they ask for my frames. I was again confused and asked what of you mean, "you said you didn't need them." Yes people, I am an absolute idiot because I threw them away weeks ago after they handed me back glasses with shattered lenses( that they broke) Yes, I threw them away after they told me they didn't need them?! Still, I'm reasonable things happen, right?! So, after revisiting the conversation and confirming that I was back because you broke my glasses and you recall handing them back saying you didn't need them , you call me back and say don't worry, just pay $100 and that's a great deal???? When I disagree and you tell me that's more than fair and argue with me as I carefully choose my words to remain professional. Then the best part is the doctor calls me and wants to argue?! Proceeds to tell me that he understands that his people should've been more clear and that in the future they will make sure they tell people they have to bring them back. Acknowledging what I was told. But, I should have had some "common sense" and called to make sure before I threw away shattered lenses and my frames. After the doc offered $50 , which yes, I still couldn't see how I should pay? I brought up my wife and new born just to share, that I'm sorry that $50 was still a lot to me especially when you messed up, not me. The doc then expressed to me, how he was affected because he had a newborn and I was now taking away from them, Really doc? I'm sure our salaries are comparable? Good for you for going to med school and I'm not saying poor little ole me, there are those much worse off but really? No, I'm not done yet....as I really focus on keeping my cool now, I again remind him of how I told him that I was told, you didn't need the glasses back(which you confirm) i "They called me and told me my glasses were here", doc now calls his entire staff in the office, not considering their feelings, nor mine if I was ever to feel comfortable as a customer again, just to argue if they used the term glasses or lenses. I admit I don't know and I don't care but you handed me my broke glasses and said you did not need them doc. Later as I expressed that I was more appalled now at how he treated the staff and myself over $50 at this point. He explained that his pride and being able to stick out his little chest was more important that having my wife, my kids, and myself as a customer( not the exact words but I wish you heard the recording ). Perception is reality doc.....All I can say is great job doc ! I hope your wife has more customer service ability than you. Oh, I'm not done yet either and please, pretty please try not to honor our agreement because of this post. Which, I'm sure you'll remove as soon as you can. But I'm not done yet. Plenty of more websites and government agencies I believe should be involved in unethical treatment of customers.
