My kids see Dr Uhl and she's great too. The staff are very professional and they have some really high tech equipment that makes exams a breeze. The only negative is that you have to book your appointments months in advance, but that just means they have lots of clients, which is a good thing!

He also performed my cataract surgery, and a year later did laser on my lens to clean it up. I never had a problem, never had to wait or have any problems whatsoever. When I did ask after 45 mins how long it would be, the person I asked could not find anyone in that office. I was the only one in the waiting room. Their telephone communication was weak. When I would call, the person I talked to said they would have to ask their manager and that she was in a meeting. After waiting 3 days, I finally got a response. I asked if I needed a ride. I was told that I did not need a ride, then told it was recommended. I am so glad I brought a ride. I could not have driven home safely. My procedure did go well once I got to see the doctor.

These guys were great, military friendly!…read more Dr. Mills, the techs, the front desk staff... everyone was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I was really in a pinch because I broke my only pair of glasses and my prescription had expired. They were able to get me in quickly for an exam. Their exam seemed much more thorough than exams I'd had before. Turns out my vision, especially in my left eye, had deteriorated quite a bit. It was going to take some time for new glasses to arrive once ordered so they provided me a pair of contacts to correct my vision until my new glasses arrived at no charge. I really appreciated that (I've worn contacts before and already knew how to get them in and out and take care of them so no fitting was needed, could be different if you're trying contacts for the first time) When speaking to the Ophthalmologist I happened to mention I'd be getting LASIK through the military in about 6 months. Even though she and her eye clinic wouldn't be conducting the LASIK procedure she still took the time to discuss the pros and cons of LASIK and let me ask questions and really took her time answering them. I don't know many places that would do that knowing they weren't going to get anything out of it. Side bonus, I'm on recruiting duty for the Army so I'm not currently stationed on a base and temporarily use the civilian healthcare system. They accept Tricare insurance and the girls at the front desk were very helpful getting me all the info I needed for a pre authorization approval for the exam. It's very obvious the entire staff here cares about their patients and aren't just out to make a buck. I highly recommend them and will be back for all of my eye care needs. Definitely over and above service.

My prescription is complicated. They helped with ordering the new lenses. It took a little longer than expected for the new glasses to get here, but they followed up with the label before I called. I could get slightly cheaper glasses at WalMart but couldn't get this kind of service. Hats off to them.

Cynthia at the front desk was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Harris was very thorough and patient. I have had glasses the last 3 years and I dont feel like I've ever had a proper eye exam anywhere else after how thorough he was in my son's exam. He made my son feel so comfortable. He talked us through the whole process and explained everything to me along the way. He also kept my son involved in the process, telling him how to take care of his glasses and how they would help with him. At the end of the exam, Cynthia went through all the glasses that my son wanted to try on (there was quite a few and he was a little picky) and encouraged him to pick the ones that he loved the most. She helped make the process of picking his first pair of glasses a more relaxed, exciting process. We were never rushed and I never felt like we were just money in their pockets. I cannot brag enough. This office truly showed great patient care. I work for doctors myself so I am always thrilled when I step into an office that makes me feel as comfortable as if I was in my own doctors' office.
