John Kirby is treating MACULAR DEGENERATION, without proper equipment and training. Retina specialists confirmed John Kirby is performing major malpractice. Do not see him for anything medical. It requires and OCT imaging machine and dilation drops, to treat macular degeneration, to ensure the patient doesn't start bleeding, and lose vision. He did not pay his IT person for a year, and did not have him fill out a w-2 for taxes. Him and his wife golf, travel, and do other activities before paying staff, and company accounts. Below attached is a copy of his current bankruptcy report. You will find how many banks and people he has not paid, and a past employee he had to pay 50k in a recent lawsuit. John Kirby is not a real doctor, he is a lying, cheating human. He is an embarrassment to the field of doctors and optometry. You get just that at this Optometrist. However, I do have a couple of complaints. First, the new computer system just slowed everything down. Second, the doctor and the assistant were easily distracted, and were not very engaging. When the assistant took a call while she was doing the preliminary exam, and did not keep it as brief as possible, that was annoying. Dr. Davis had a habit of saying nothing unless it had to do with the examination, which left a lot of awkward silences. Finally, the Doctor had bad breath. That might not seem like much, but he had to get close to my face several times, and that was unpleasant. Even so, a cheap prescription is just that. I can take it where I want and get glasses wherever I need. No harm in the place, it's just not very pleasant.

The machines they are using are good and she got a good quality of care from her doctor. The staff helped her with picking out a pair of glasses she really liked and helped with our insurance to understand what was covered. They also offered an insurance for the glasses since they saw how rough she was with her last pair. We've since been back for an adjustment on the frames and they were very helpful. I will come back here when it's time for my eyes to be checked.
