"WITH KNOBS ON" (as they say in Great Britain!)…read more After Hurricane Debby's heavy rains in Manatee County, the ground on my property became thoroughly saturated and the roots of my 70-foot-tall Norfolk Pine Tree began to loosen. When this occurred, the enormous tree began to LEAN. This was definitely an EMERGENCY SITUATION since it was abundantly clear that the tree could EASILY fall and DEMOLISH the home of my neighbor to the east. I contacted several tree services immediately but the first two who came out said they were afraid to attempt the work since the tree was so close to the houses. They said it was not possible to get a cherry-picker-type machine into the back yard to lift their workers up to the top of the tree. I was then VERY fearful that NO tree company would be able to help me and felt that the tree would surely fall on the house of my neighbor. But SAM'S TREE SERVICE said they could do the work, arrived on time, were professional beyond belief, and performed feats I would not have imagined possible. I have never, ever seen workers who were more thoughtful. One worker CLIMBED the 70-foot tree, cutting off limbs as he ascended, and my heart was pounding as he reached the top and began to cut down the enormous tree trunk a little at a time. The workers on the ground made certain the heavy limbs came down safely, tethered to heavy ropes. Not one other tree on my property was damaged by the falling limbs. All birdbaths and concrete benches, heavy planters, etc., had been moved by the workers to safe locations before the work began. All the enormous, heavy pieces of the trunk of the tree (and all branches) were removed and placed in the SAM'S company truck and hauled away. These men even raked the area afterwards and carried away ALL the debris. In my opinion, THIS tree service is the ONLY one I would call or recommend in future. The workers were here for 6.5 hours and worked like Trojans. I not only paid the fee for the work but I also gave each of the 3 workers a one-hundred-dollar tip. I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL to this company. THANKS AGAIN, SAM'S TREE SERVICE. I have never been so relieved IN MY LIFE!

We ended up needing to replace and move some stations, fix a leak which took away the pressure and add a new valve/timer to become fully functional. So, if you have ever had your water turned off by the city during a heat wave without being notified, you may understand my urgency to find a qualified professional to repair a leak in the main line of our irrigation system. I am the HOA president for a small 15 unit townhome property. We manage our own emergencies. A neighbor complained about excessive water runoff to the neighborhood adjacent our property. It took me several weeks and our front lawn getting crispy from the sun before I realized the city had turned off our water service because of the runoff. At this point, I was getting desperate.
