The entire crew was on time, professional, respectful, and incredibly polite. They worked quickly and efficiently, and when they were finished, they did an amazing job cleaning everything up. They removed a ton of large trees all the way down to the root balls, which was a big job, and they handled it beautifully. What impressed me even more was that they took the time to save a small lemon tree and carefully replant it so it wouldn't die. That really showed me that they care about their work and their customers--not just getting the job done. As a local Orange County Realtor, I've worked with plenty of contractors and service companies over the years, and I can honestly say this team is excellent! I should expect a little bit of this but from my time doing construction a few pieces of solid plywood laid down before running the grinder on the lawn would have minimized the lawn damage. Also, they did not fully clean up as promised. Side of the house has to be cleaned up now and I had to ask them to at least blow off the sidewalk before they left. His price was very steep from the start and I was not completely sold. He mentioned his crew was nearby and could come by and scope out the tree I asked to remove due power lines running thru it. His whole crew and multiple trucks showed up as if they were going to start the job. I told the crew I'd call Tony once I feel ready to proceed. Tony calls aggressively stating I am wasting his and his crew's time while dropping the price to get me to agree to proceed right then in that moment. The final price was competitive but he was not willing to give me a day to decide due to being "too busy". He ends up dropping the price by half but at that point his unprofessionalism was enough to no longer proceed. The crew ended up doubling and took up the whole cul-de-sac with their trucks for hours afterwards and claimed they were on their lunch break. My wife works from home, her office window faces the street and she did not feel comfortable with Tony's guys sitting outside for hours sitting around the grass just staring into our property. Meanwhile Tony was calling and texting wasting MY time. Don't get ripped off, ALWAYS get multiple bids and don't fall for cheap salesman tactics.
