Most of my visits have been with the nurse practitioner, Nicole. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and excellent at her craft. I've looked into many places for tattoo removal but could never make the plunge. I'm so glad I went with Nicole for my sessions because the lasers are very high end and are working their magic like a charm (I have finished 3 sessions and my terrible decisions are fading beautifully). They always use cooling and numbing measures to help curb discomfort. Also, Nicole's Botox injections are painless and have excellent results. And trust me, I've seen some bad Botox. I got my usual botox in my forehead and around my eyes, but Kathryn suggested the "botox brow lift". (THANK YOU KATHRYN!!!) And, if you have heavy lids, this is the way to go. It is amazing. It really does lift your brows and gives you back that nice arch. If you're a big brow fan, this is a must. And it really shows off your makeup. Hannah (she is awesome!) did the Diamond Glow facial, and I have to say it is equally amazing. I could see the difference immediately after, but I was even more pleased that other people could notice the difference in my skin. Very impressive. It doesn't take very long either. It's been a week since I had it done and I'm still glowing from it. Hannah also did the eyelash lift and tint and my lashes look great. They were pretty light to begin with so having them darkened and lifted (curled) really made a difference. I don't even need to put any mascara on them. Lastly, Meadows has great monthly specials for most of their procedures and products. When botox goes on sale for less than $10/unit, I will buy a bunch and "bank" it for use at a later time. I told Vida this in the beginning of the consultation and she seemed really uncomfortable (which in turn made me uncomfortable). Right then is when she should have just referred me else where. But she reluctantly proceeded with the exam anyway. After she examined me, she told me what I knew she was going to say. That she would refer me elsewhere. Then afterwards she proceeded to massively spray down the room with Lysol as if she was offended that she even had to examine me there. It wasn't about my hygiene, because I take great care of myself. She was just seemingly offended by where the area was located. To my defense, I thought they were more than just estheticians and laser technicians (which anyone can get a certificate for), I thought were going to talk to professionals and expertise. After all, the name says "Southern Plastic Surgery & Cosmetic Laser Center", so I thought they could do more. . not esthetician and laser techs! However, whether she was offended by where she had to examine or not, I'm still a human being. I shouldn't be made to feel like this. I took time out of my schedule and traveled over an hour to be insulted by a tech. So if she was offended, I was much more offended. Futhermore, I didn't feel like she was personable or genuine from the jump. I'm glad I couldn't use her services. . . (Sidenote: the girl at the reception desk was very nice)

She came here for breast reconstruction. She had the TRAM flap. My mom was very nervous about having the surgery, but got excited when she found out that she was getting a free tummy tuck as well. My mom had a problem with anxiety, and Dr. Song helped her along the way. Dr Song is the most compassionate doctor that I have ever known. He made my mom feel like she took top priority. He took the time for her. Soooo, me being jealous of my moms perfect boobs, I just had to get mines done too! I was treated with the same importance as my mom. Dr Song explained to me the whole procedure in its entirety. He did a marvelous job! Unfortunately, three years later, my left breast deflated for some reason. I have saline, so it was ok. I called the office and made an appointment. When I went to this appointment, I was so emotional. I hadn't been there since my mom had passed. Dr. Song saw me crying and started crying right with me. He told me that my boobs were still under warranty. He waived his fee, and said that I just had to pay for the fee for the surgery area and anesthesia! What an awesome doctor. Anesthesia is expensive and he asked if I wanted to do the reimplantation with only local. I said "yes." The day of surgery, I was numbed up and didn't feel a darn thing! I was amazed! I LOVE this place. Absolutely a blessing to my family. Thank you Dr. Song for all that you've done and all that you do. You are amazing.
