The ambiance is set well for relaxation. I have only been once so far, but am returning this weekend for my second facial. Lubna is nice and personable. The only thing I didn't like was the light therapy. Not because of the light but because I'm claustrophobic and this is basically a machine that is enclosed over your head. I am going to ask to not have this done next time. While things are sitting on your face (like the light) for any period of time, Lubna leaves the room and goes for a cigarette or makes phone calls. While that's her prerogative, as a non-smoker, the smell you then have to endure during the rest of your facial isn't pleasant. Also, the walls are thin, so you can hear the whole phone conversation even though she was outside. The facial as a whole was fine. I am allergic to citrus and noted this when I spoke to her to make my first appointment. Instead of having citrus free products ready to go, a lot of time was spent reading labels to see if she can use the product on me or not. She said she would write down what she used so next time it will be easier. We will see on the next visit! Note: When you make an appointment on the website, that doesn't mean that is your appointment. That means you are telling Lubna when you'd like to come and then she will contact you either via the portal, text, or phone whether or not that appointment time will work.

I'm not used to that but the restroom was at least clean and the staff member waited for me in the hall to escort me to the locker room to change. It's nice that your possessions are locked securely away while you have your services. I had the spa package that included the salt room , massage and a facial. After changing i was escorted to the salt room. I have received salt therapy previously but this experience was new as the room was very very small. The output from the machine was way too strong and i was very uncomfortable. I found myself trying to adjust my positioning to get comfortable. I will say that the masseuse did say that she would have the output adjusted after i mentioned my discomfort with the treatment. The massage and facial were both really just ok. Admittedly finding the perfect massage is a struggle, but with facials, I typically enjoy my experience much more. Again, not bad but just not great. It doesn't appear that really high quality products are used (photo attached). The decor was nice. Some opportunity to repair the parts of the wall where the salt has come off and to also clean up some of the salt debris in other areas of the spa. I probably wouldn't visit again.
