I contacted Ramirez Landscaping sent them a video of the problem and they offered to come out right away giving me a quote over the phone. Daniel came out identified the problem, dug it up I gave him some assistance and he fixed the issue in about an hour sticking to the original quote. He also installed a timer for our tree sprinklers which had to be manually operated before. Our yard was incredibly uneven and had big holes everywhere from previous gopher issues and possible overwatering/mowing. It was quite dangerous to walk on. They came today and raked a whole trailer of dirt throughout the yard to even everything out and will be reseeding on Monday. It's looking much better already.
