If anyone had seen the old pavers or pitted and cracked concrete around the pool than you know how much work it took just to demo and remove it all. His crew worked non stop and was very considerate of our property and my family. We are very happy with the results and without a doubt recommend Precision Landscaping for anyone looking. Would Like to give this Business 0 stars. Agreed to estimate for a low retaining wall and grading and fixing part of a path behind my house. I expressed my need to get this done as quickly as possible at the time of the estimate. Sent him a check deposit the end of MARCH , 2023. Needed this work done urgently as my 87YO Mother has difficulty walking on the uneven ground. The check was deposited and I received a message that the work would be scheduled in a week or so. No one answers the phone at this business. No one calls back. But the check deposit was cashed. Now, here it is almost JULY, 2023. No work has been done. No work scheduled. after a few promises of it being a few weeks away for scheduling, no contact at all. I'm about to file a small claims suit, because my money is not being returned either. read more

Hired in 2016 to create a patio in our backyard. While the patio looks great, the followup about the abysmal condition of the lawn they shredded while working leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I've contacted Eric no less than 3 times about repairing the lawn and have never heard another word from him after cashing the final payment. Ironically, it was Eric Green himself that suggested coming back after the heat of summer to reseed my lawn. I replied to this with a big YES and followed up twice afterwards with no contact back whatsoever. This finalizes my opinion of the business. While they are skilled at laying pavers, there is no follow up and zero customer guarantee about the condition of the yard after the fact. I still have bobcat ruts where they were working. I still have to correct the not plumb fenceposts they relocated. All in all, I would never recommend them because they have no bedside manner to ensure complete satisfaction. I have copies of all emails that to this day are still unanswered. Look elsewhere for someone that can do what they can do. Chances are good that you'll hire someone that cares about your esthetic views as well. read more

EDIT: Taking away a few stars, while they work they do is good its tough to ever get work started. Rarely received call backs on two projects we signed off on after my initial review, the last project never even happened. Timely response to our initial request for an estimate, knowledgeable and full of ideas. Besides doing a wonderful job with our paver patio and blue stone utility area (which both exceeded our expectations), they laid down top soil and seed, mulched pretty much the entire yard, laid down more river rock and got rid of the huge trunk of tree that nearly took out my shed and fence that was too big to cut/move on my own. Very reasonable price, we pretty much paid for just the two patios the rest was thrown in at no cost. Highly recommended. Eric of Precision Landscape Contractors did 2 jobs for me last year. The first involved the installation of plants which were guaranteed for a year. The second was the installation of 2 walkways. I've been trying unsuccessfully since April to get him to replace the plants he agreed needed replacement and finish a few minor open issues from the walkway installation he agreed to do when he finally stopped by in May. It's now August 24th and he doesn't even have the courtesy to return my multiple calls and texts. I recommend you look in a different direction for landscape work. read more

Giving them 1 Star. Which is being generous. Eric promised to start one one day and didn't start till 2 weeks later. Lord about pricing as he added costs as the project went on- way over scheduled end date. I trusted him With my families backyard and shouldn't have. Now I have to pay to have some of my pavers pulled up so someone else can redo the subpump under the pavers because for some reason these idiots felt it necessary to excavate the whole system! I hired Precision Landscaping to remodel my backyard, tear up old grass and lay down pavers. After calling several other landscape services in the area, I dealt with shady pricing, bad communication, no shows and no return calls. I knew the only one I could trust was Precision Landscaping. The service I received was nothing short of amazing. They communicated with me quickly upfront and kept in contact with me the entire time throughout the job. I was so impressed by the work the team did to remodel my backyard. The finished product was outstanding and surprise elements were put in the design that I didn't even expect. I am so happy with my new yard. Every day I look at it and continue to be impressed. Called on a Friday to inquire on snow removal and to salt our walkway and driveway. We were told someone would come on Monday. Monday came no one showed or called. When I called to see if they were still going to do the job his response was "I'm down the shore will have to wait, til tomorrow". So upset with them. Would not recommend them. read more

This is a comment on how Precision destroyed our garden and entered our property without permission in order to take down a tree at my neighbor's house. Without asking permission and without warning, their workers ( who appeared to be unsupervised) climbed over the fence, entered our backyard and completely trampled our garden. When taking down a tree, proper planning should be to review where limbs will fall and find the proper solution such that adjoining property is not damaged. No effort was made to contact us, and when we realized what had happened, there was not even a hint of an apology or an offer to rectify the damage. Our further concern was that if any worker was hurt on our property, could we have been liable??? Finally, they cut up the limbs that fell into our yard right there instead of removing them and cutting them in another location. What kind of inconsiderate contractor has the nerve to trespass on property, destroy property and not even have the courtesy to apologize or make good on the damages? Incidentally, the worker was high up in the tree without any evidence of safety precautions as far as a rope or other means of being able to prevent a fall. I would never hire or recommend this contractor. read more
