As I have just moved to the area, I have been trying to set up an appointment with primary care doctors over last 8 months (I actually want to visit a specialist that with my insurance I should be able to book without first visiting primary care doctor, but in this particular hospital they want you to have it). For a long time, they were saying they will have new opening over summer. Last time I called, the lady said she will check if there is primary care doctor available, came back 10 minutes later, and started to inquiry about all my symptoms in detail, check my history in their system (I was once in ER) and what I want to see a doctor for (fresh results indicating pancreatitis). Then she has put me on hold for another 10 minutes, and came back to tell me that unfortunately there is no primary care doctor available in the area, and she can put me on the wait list. Given that, I have an impression that this hospital has some type of DISCRIMINATING policy/strategy that SHOULD NOT BE LEGAL.

Very quick patient assessment, he missed parts of my body on his scan on my skin, was too concerned about documenting his findings, fought with me about the prescription the last experienced dermatologist gave me the last time, filled it, gave me the wrong prescription, gave me no instructions, forgot to have me pay for the skin tag removals and walked out of the room 2. I went to the front desk because I knew I had to pay for the cosmetic stuff, but they said, 'No you are OK" 3. 3. The billing department called me obsessively the following Monday (I had the work done on Friday) twice a day everyday till I called them back. They called me on my cell during work while I was at a client. Sorry kids not dealing with you. Word of advice to billing, "When you F up and don't collect send the patient a bill first. If they don't pay send them to collections then have collections bug the crap out of them. However, don't try to cover you own behind by unprofessionally calling literally one hour after the fact (I left at 4 PM on Friday, they started harassing me at 9 am on Monday)" Word of advice: Have the attending come in after the fact and check everything. Dartmouth you did a crappy job I would recommend avoiding the residents.
