Our home was built by Ryan Homes ~2 years ago and we came to find out, over time, that a master bath toilet pipe was not sloped properly causing a major collection of water within the pipe. Thankfully, this was not an emergency issue. After a dozen or so "clogs" I contacted Blauch Brothers. The technicians, Stacey, his son, and another man were incredibly helpful and informative throughout their visit. They even provided me with video footage and photos (USB drive) so that I could continue to support my case with the RH warranty department. I have had several occasions of recent to need the expertise that Blauch Bros. offers. When my pressure pump was leaking, they came and routing around the pump until a new one arrived and then returned to install the new pump. Most recently I found that I had a water leak in my 60 plus year old house. The gentlemen that came to look for the problem, found it in short order and devised a plan that would minimize the cost, and keep the water flowing. I have found these folks to be both professional and accommodating in their working with me. When I realized that I had "double book" them with another appointment, they readily changed the appointment to suit my schedule. That kind of service is rare these days! I have not had my hot water heater a year. The hot water was suddenly very hot, not just very, but too hot. Used the manual to find a simple fix according to the error code. The simple fix didn't work. Called the company. Got an authorization code to get replacement parts at no cost. Got the parts but no one available to replace the parts. Attempted the fix as instructed and watched the YouTube video. Okay, it looked simple enough. Draining didn't work as it had stopped draining from pipe but taking out the heating element allowed a Lot more water to drain. Towels. Lots of towels. Lots of wringing out of towels. Pipe ruptured, sprayed water on electrical boxes in basement, knocking out well pump. No water. Our cabin has a steep, unpaved driveway, requires 4x4. Two other companies wouldn't attempt to drive up. Requested service online early Friday morning. Received call at 7:00am, was informed that it would likely be late afternoon before a technician would be available. Technician called at 4pm and confirmed that he was on the way. He was sympathetic, courteous, and reassuring. Brought his personal vehicle to ensure he could bring everything needed up the mountain. Knowledgeable, well equipped, and professional. We have a long history with Blauch Bros and have always been satisfied with their work. So when we discovered a major leak in the sewer line with major water damage in the garage and family room, I called them. They came right away, located the problem and did a temporary fix. We had a collapsed septic line that needed a quick repair. They came out within a couple days to evaluate why the line was backing up. They flushed the line to provide temporary relief, but recommended to repair the line. We got an estimate within a few days to do the repair. Since their schedule was pretty full, it took awhile to get the repair done. However, they did an excellent job and they were done within two days. They were professional, trustworthy (we left the door open for them) and they cleaned up the work area. read more

Had issues with sewer draining and Blauch Brothers came and snaked it out and that worked originally but they had to come back the next day to run a camera down the drain. Upon using the camera a crack in the main sewer line was detected. Want to thank these proud professionals for all the support and assistance that was given me. Had a very slow main drain from my house. Blauch tech showed up with a trailer that had a totally self-contained hot water jet auger, about as good as you can get. Along with a camera he had the drain cleared out within 30 minutes or so. Cost was less than other companies that wanted to use old fashioned rotary augers and wanted to charge extra for using a camera. Totally professional.
