When I called the person who knows about bills wasn't there, and of course the mailing didn't have any information on it what so ever, not even a number to reach them at, I had to looking them up on the internet in order to find them. Besides this stupidity, they take pharmaceuticals before patients. They don't take credit cards and the most stupid thing of all, THEY DON'T USE COMPUTERS!?!?! WTF? Yes I am serious (at least in 2007, but I am pretty sure they still aren't) they don't use any computers. So if you are looking for a 1920's doctor you may have found your person.

I mentioned to her that I did not know that Italian people even knew who the Virgin of Guadalupe was, let alone venerated her. She told me much to my surprise that the Virgin of Guadalupe is extremely popular in Italy. That the medal she wore was her late mother's. She went on to tell me that when her mother immigrated to the United States from the old world, as soon as she could she trekked to Mexico City to thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for bringing her safely to the New World. Imagine waiting to see your doctor in February; asking to see a specialist for a health condition, setting your appointment with the specialist in March and being told in June, just THREE DAYS before the appointment that the provider is not taking any NEW patients?! Well my appointment was scheduled MONTHS AGO! The caller announced without any consideration for the extremely long time spent anticipating my appointment, what I am and have been physically experiencing to rudely try to give me my only two options; I cut her rude butt off and I let the caller know that what she was saying was ridiculous and that I could not talk to her because I was in the middle of something. (on top of that I was quite upset and try my best to be mindful of my thoughts not instantly producing nasty words!) So, I waited until the next morning to email my response: Greetings, I received a call yesterday afternoon saying that you are no longer accepting new patients. That's understandable, but the fact that I had to wait weeks to see my doctor, requested a referral and the time to wait for the approval was lengthy. Then I get approved and waited another very lengthy period of time to get an appointment months later. I received a nice sized packet from your office and filled it out; taking extra care to list the diary of my symptoms. Then three days before my extremely long awaited, very much needed scheduled appointment, I get a very disappointing call abruptly telling me that after all this time that you're not taking any new patients???!!!
