His being so proactive, the city wire/gas line marker had also arrived, prior to Thomas, and did their markings. Again, IMPRESSIVE! He ensured I understood costs, treated the home, and communicated with my wife well on a myriad of things. PROFESSIONAL! He also set up glue traps in the attic to catch any that were already inside. The service was prompt, efficient, and handled with professionalism. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. You can tell he knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. The foreman kept calling, but now he said he was the owner, he in the past said the owner was not involve anymore with company!!!! The service so far has been great, their technicians are respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable…read more The problem I am facing right now is that their billing/quoting software incorrectly provided me a service agreement starting in June without a payment charge expectation for the month of July and due to the error in the system, they have made the decision not to honor the service agreement and charge me anyways. When I signed the agreement, I was under the assumption the month of July was part of the $250 initial treatment to get an infestation under control, now I understand that all I was being provided was two initial treatments. I will continue to use them for the time being as I prefer supporting local and their technicians are high-quality to my knowledge, but am highly disappointed in the fact they refuse to honor the service agreement they provided me. If they make this right, I will adjust this review, but not until then.
