Stacey does an excellent job, and you can tell that she genuinely loves animals and cares about your pet. She takes her time and is careful not to overlap clients. Our dogs literally love going to see Mrs. Stacey. They get so excited when we pull into the drive. She is very gentle and kind to the animals and does a thorough job when grooming. Not only do the pets love her, but she is friendly and helpful to the "human" owners as well. Always a fantastic experience at a reasonable price.

The drop off and pickup is very quick and easy. When I realized I would need to board her last minute, I called and they were very accommodating. My baby seems happy and tired when she leaves there. And all too eager, in my opinion, to jump out of the car when we arrive. The owner is attentive and friendly. Apparently the chain is feeling the effects of the economy, we used to get 30% off coupons regularly in the mail. Those have since stopped. We might get 5 dollars off, or some other coupons. I am glad though that they do a lot to help shelter dogs and cats to get adopted.
