The instructor had clear instructions and she walked us through how to use the different machines and equipment, how the routines work the different muscles, and how to properly breathe as we move. There were three of us in the intro class at the time. Unfortunately, my friend was a couple of minutes late so they had her reschedule her intro class. They seem to be stricter on time compared to other studios but I get it. The facilities look well-kept and they have a hydration station and the bathrooms in the back. The cubbies are in the front as well as grip socks for purchase if you need them. Parking is easy and they have Chuck E Cheese as well as the Habit right next door. If I were just a little bit closer to this location, I would consider a membership but I travel a lot for work. The enrollment fee may be a barrier for folks but they may waive the enrollment fee during certain times of the year.

I sent one last email 2 days ago and she continues to IGNORE. Therefore, I am taking this onto the small claims court. Like the other victims of her, this is hours of time wasted on her but I am not just letting her get away with $1200 and continue to have others become victims. BE AWARE OF THIS BUSINESS AND THE OWNER. UPDATE: Owner responded under this comment claiming that she does not offer refunds and that it was stated in her studio policy. For us THERE WAS NO STUDIO POLICY SHOWN AND WE DID NOT SIGN ANYTHING. We were also not gone for a month, she did not notify us of her absence so we waited outside over 10 minutes for class and then emailed her to ask why she didn't show up. The week after was the holidays so my girls had winter break for two weeks. However, I told her exactly when we will resume in which she did not disagree with and then when we showed up on 1/6, she doubled booked. I will not be backing up on this because she promised a refund.

Jacqueline kept asking me to remove this review in exchange she will refund me. She also send harassing messages calling me crazy A$$, insane, "how can you getting married". Very toxic process throughout this 10 months. I guess she was able to get other bad review removed this way. Try a lot of teachers and you will find a few perfect ones for you. In every class, you will feel your worth, be challenged, and leave a session renewed and positive. Classes are divided into ability levels. Very easy to register for classes. Each day has a good quantity of each level. Studio is very clean and tranquil. Parking can be tricky, but usually you can find neighborhood spots.

You can find free parking on the street or nearby lot. I bought their 5-class intro offer and I got to try out classes taught by different instructors and different levels. Their staff and instructors are very nice. The studio is very cosy and warm. It is spacious and has natural light. I also like that they have three levels to choose from: beginners (1), intermediate (1.5) and advanced (2), where I found most other pilates studios only have beginners and advanced. There's also a head spa and a few cafe on the same street, where you can check out after the pilates.

Form and technique are a priority here so I never feel like I'll injury myself and still constantly challenging myself. It has helped giving me flexibility and core strength needed to help with my lower back pain and general aches.

I've taken numerous workout classes, including Lagree, so I was already familiar with the machine and many of the movements. The class itself was not very engaging and felt quite simple. There was no music, very few demonstrations, and minimal holds or challenging movements. However, the biggest issue was my experience with the instructor, Lo. When I arrived, she kindly showed me to my machine and went over the basics of the spring load and how it functions, which I appreciated. I also agreed to hands-on support when offered. Unfortunately, her attitude throughout the class felt very condescending. When I needed to be corrected, she would shout my name and say things like, "You're doing it wrong," without providing clear instructions on how to correct the movement. She also rarely came over to help adjust my posture, despite doing so for many of the other clients in the room. At one point, I asked her a simple question about my foot positioning for an exercise, and she chuckled in response, which was quite degrading.

I parked at the Schoolhouse parking garage on Green St. $1 for up to two hours and it was only about a three minute walk to the studio. Quick, safe and convenient. I had Sheri as my instructor. Even though it was an intro class, we had a mixture of people with all different levels. Sheri was awesome to give different options to those who are more advanced or simply those who would like a challenge. If you're thinking of taking your first reformers class, don't be intimated because your instructor will go over each functionality/part of the machine. One of the things I look out for when determining how much I'll enjoy the class is whether or not an instructor will be hands-on in correcting your form. Like yes, please correct me so I will know what's the correct way moving forward. So thank you Sheri for being hands-on. When I walked in, someone at the front desk checked me in right away and she had a warm personality! Very inviting. She shared with me that we leave our shoes by the door, then we walk down the hallway to our class. I noticed that the floor was a little dusty as we walked past the other rooms for aerial yoga and for private classes. The Pilates class room itself is clean and designed well. There was plenty of space between one reformer and the next. Hanna explained all the instructions clearly and she had good pacing. She made sure that our form was correct throughout. It was nice that there were only three of us during my class so it felt like we were getting more attention. I also appreciated how encouraging she was and the music selection on the background made the entire time pass by like a breeze. My feedback would be about the reformer machines themselves. The reformer machines felt a little cheap just because the ropes would make this sound while we would be pushing to get resistance that I haven't heard from other Pilates studio machines. I saw some fraying on my ropes specifically. The platform also felt more narrow than the average. I was still able to do the exercises but as a 5'3 girly, I felt like I had the longest legs in the world. Overall, I'm glad that there is another Pilates studio near me that has dedicated parking and talented instructors. I hope they consider checking the machines every now and then for wear and tear but other than that, I had a wonderful time!

I didn't prepare for the parking but was lucky to find street parking a block away that was free 1 hour parking. I got there just at the start of class and Lena was my instructor and was great. She walked through poses clearly, checked folks for correction and helped vocalize our breathing patterns which I found really helpful. It was my first time using some of the equipment so that was fun and it definitely helps with the getting the shakes. I did feel sore after the class, and would come back!
