I waited to give this review at least one year out since the start of working with Andrea. My initial & priority goals are strength & energy, which came quicker than I thought (I'm talking about weeks!). Then, a few months in, I decided to get married. I started taking Andrea's nutritional advice seriously and I was able to drop 15 lbs. within 5 weeks of my wedding! Not to mention that I looked and felt the best that I had in YEARS! I continued on with the good nutrition, it actually is pretty easy, and not only have I lost 40 POUNDS to date, but I feel so amazing that eating bad is not worth losing my progress and how insanely great & strong I feel: physically, mentally & spiritually. I am 40, exercise & nutrition are very important to me now that I am getting older. However, it is honestly not hard at all. I spend just a small amount of my time working out with Andrea & a small amount of time planning out good nutrition. It is almost unimaginable what a big task I used to think both of these things were, but come to think of it, it was actually that I lacked the knowledge that Andrea has delivered. I have literally had to get rid of every piece of old clothing and completely restock my wardrobe (even my chonies ;-). I didn't buy too much to restock though, my body is STILL changing and I continue to lose! So, what started as a target for energy & strength, turned into a 180° transformation for me - inside & out. As I said, as you go on it gets easy & habitual. However, the key lies with consistency. Having sessions with Andrea regularly and her heaps of advice & knowledge is what really has kept me on track. Without her specific & targeted guidance, I would not be as successful & I know it would be much more challenging to remain consistent. Not to mention that the start of my journey was interrupted with this crazy COVID-19 pandemic! Andrea was flexible as this whole thing unfolded, day-by-day, week-by-week. She adjusted to practicing CDC guidelines as they morphed and she was always on the side of extra cautiousness. I didn't miss one session, due to the pandemic. She just made it happen and I attribute a lot of my success to her. On a personal note, Andrea is fun, silly & the sweetest ball of energy. I love starting my mornings with her. Most of the time, I forget I'm working out. I'm usually a little draggy & really don't want to be there, but it ALWAYS changes within minutes. The workout and Andrea are the reason. She is a very smart, kick-ass, strong female. She inspires & fuels me with these traits. Needless to say, by the end or our sessions, I am always 1,000% in gratitude for having her in my life & our time together. I feel complete serenity, positive energy & strength to go out into the world and kick ass doing my part everywhere I go. Like I mentioned, I recently turned 40. I couldn't' be happier with myself that I finally made my body & health a priority and I feel extremely fortunate that I connected specifically with Andrea to start my journey & learning. She is super knowledgeable about everything nutrition & exercise, usually from a personal standpoint. Working with Andrea was one of the best decisions I've made! I came to Andrea with the goal of relieving my back and shoulder pain and improving my posture - I've always has a computer/sedentary job and it has taken its toll. Words are not enough to describe my amazing fitness journey with Andrea. I was 20 lbs overweight, sluggish, fatigued, and bloated all the time. I feel so lucky to have found Andrea! She has been my personal trainer since August 2018 and I already feel stronger both physically and mentally. With great enthusiasm I personally recommend Whole body strength! From the first day Andrea came to my house and provided an initial evaluation her focus and motivation were consistent on each visit. She not only holds you accountable by having you send pictures of all your meals, she also provides positive feedback. I don't think I could be anymore pleased that I have Andrea as a personal trainer. Before her I was not happy with my body or strength. She has made me more accountable with working out. I have been working with Andrea for about 2 months now. I decided to reach out to her and start working out because I was feeling sluggish, uncomfortable, and just not myself. I was hesitant to enroll in the program though because I had never had a trainer or worked out. Andrea was super friendly and walked me through all the workouts making it easy for me to follow along. If something was too difficult for me to complete she was quick to provide another workout that I could do that would workout the same area. Even when she wasn't around she was quick to answer any questions I would send her way. The meal plan was easy and kept me full of energy. In a little less then 2 months I lost about 22 lbs!
