I started attending Bikram Yoga back when Vern owned the studio--may he rest in peace. I came back in February 2026 and feel better and have lost 18 pounds! :) I recently read a negative review criticizing Laura for occasionally going off-topic during class and talking about real-life issues. My response is this: let's not be so quick to judge. None of us are perfect, and we're all real people dealing with real emotions and life experiences. When Laura says things like "monkey see, monkey do," I know exactly what she means. Many of us will see someone sit down or lie down during class and think, "Maybe I'll take a break too." I know I have. She's simply encouraging us to push through mental barriers and stay focused on our practice. What many people don't see is the amount of time and energy Laura invests in her students, especially new ones. I regularly see her stay after class to help students improve their poses, answer questions, and encourage them to reach their full potential. She is passionate about helping people succeed, not just in yoga but in life. What stands out to me most is how she connects with people on an emotional level. Many students come to her studio as a last resort after living with chronic pain, physical limitations, or frustration from not finding relief elsewhere. Laura genuinely cares about those people. She listens, encourages, and helps them believe that improvement is possible. That kind of dedication is rare. For me, Bikram Yoga has been incredibly healing, both physically and mentally. A lot of it is mindset, "you take what helps you, learn from it, and build on it". Don't let a few words that may have been taken out of context define Laura or her business. Life is what you make it, and I choose to view every class as a stepping stone toward a healthier, longer life. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I believe it's important to be kind and fair when sharing it. That's just my two cents. Laura has helped many people over the years, and I am grateful to be one of them.

While Laura was instructing, I felt like she was talking about many unnecessary topics like how yoga is not their only profession and how it doesn't really pay well. I don't know how it's relevant to us? She also told a fellow student that I was copying her yoga moves and mentioned "monkey sees, monkey does" something like that. While I wasn't really copying anyone. She also mentioned that I was anxious during the session while I wasn't really anxious. I was just trying to put efforts. I don't understand how can someone "encourage " a student like that during their initial sessions. What's the issue even if someone is looking anxious? Yoga should be a pleasant experience for newcomers and not feel like walking on a tight rope. I thought it was just me but I found other 1 star reviews here concerning her on similar issues. I don't feel comfortable going back even though I paid for an entire month. Sorry but please treat your new students with extra care and encouragement. Good luck!

This is a lovely, quaint Pilates studio for all skill levels, the instructors are very kind and knowledgeable. Since the classes, I've noticed a much leaner physique, muscles in my legs and core, more energy. The classes are so fun and every instructor brings different styles, there are English, mandarin, Korean speaking instructors. If you're looking for a great workout in a pretty setting, this place is highly recommended

While I unfortunately don't think I can come back here any time soon (each class they have is 15+ credits), I enjoyed my class with Hanna so much that I wanted to write her a good review. When I walked in, someone at the front desk checked me in right away and she had a warm personality! Very inviting. She shared with me that we leave our shoes by the door, then we walk down the hallway to our class. I noticed that the floor was a little dusty as we walked past the other rooms for aerial yoga and for private classes. The Pilates class room itself is clean and designed well. There was plenty of space between one reformer and the next. Hanna explained all the instructions clearly and she had good pacing. She made sure that our form was correct throughout. It was nice that there were only three of us during my class so it felt like we were getting more attention. I also appreciated how encouraging she was and the music selection on the background made the entire time pass by like a breeze. My feedback would be about the reformer machines themselves. The reformer machines felt a little cheap just because the ropes would make this sound while we would be pushing to get resistance that I haven't heard from other Pilates studio machines. I saw some fraying on my ropes specifically. The platform also felt more narrow than the average. I was still able to do the exercises but as a 5'3 girly, I felt like I had the longest legs in the world. Overall, I'm glad that there is another Pilates studio near me that has dedicated parking and talented instructors. I hope they consider checking the machines every now and then for wear and tear but other than that, I had a wonderful time!

I highly recommend getting a monthly membership, especially if you plan on going more than once weekly. It is very affordable compared to other studios. Plus, you can go Filipino grocery shopping or food hopping at the plaza across the street after class! The teachers are great instructors and the owner, Jessica, is excellent at describing how to move your body. For yoga beginners, this is especially important because we don't come in knowing the names of poses--though the classes are adaptable for all skill levels.

She's super nice and very clear in communicating the poses so it's easy to follow along. The studio space is on the smaller side so classes are more intimate, which is nice. There are no mirrors on the walls however - I wish they had them because then I can see if my form is correct. It's located in the center of a shopping center, with the door facing off to the side, so it's a bit tricky to find. It took me a while to locate it the first time I went. There's plenty of parking available, and Tierra Mia is at the end of the shopping center, so you can get yourself a treat after class like I did!

The instructors are outstanding: knowledgeable, encouraging, and each brings something unique to their classes. They always offer modifications, making every workout accessible and effective. I have a partial spinal fusion, and working out at Club Pilates has strengthened my core more than any other exercise program I've tried. It's been a game-changer for both my strength and confidence. What really sets this studio apart is the people. Everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, creating an environment that makes you want to keep coming back. I'm so grateful I found Club Pilates and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a supportive, high-quality workout!

I started with their complimentary 30-minute intro class, where they walked us through the equipment, studio etiquette, and the different class formats they offer. They also explained their membership options, including 4 classes per month, 8 classes per month, and unlimited classes. The unlimited package seems like the best value if your schedule allows you to attend classes regularly throughout the week. One of the things I appreciate most about this location is the ample parking. I usually book the CP Reformer Flow class through ClassPass and arrive about 10 minutes early. Grip socks are required, and first-time visitors will need to complete a waiver before class. The studio itself is well-equipped and welcoming. The lobby features cubbies for personal belongings, a water refill station, and a selection of apparel and accessories for purchase. Inside the studio, there are 12 reformers along with TRX straps, mats, and other equipment that instructors incorporate into workouts. Classes are typically 50 minutes long, with a 10-minute transition period between sessions. I've enjoyed many of the instructors here, though the teaching styles and intensity levels can vary. Some instructors really challenge you and provide hands-on form corrections, which is my personal preference. Others offer a more moderate workout, but I still leave feeling like I got a good session in. I'm giving this location 4 stars mainly because it can be difficult to book classes during the most popular times through ClassPass. That said, it's a great studio with a variety of classes, knowledgeable instructors, and a welcoming environment. It's a solid option whether you're brand new to Pilates or looking to build a consistent practice!
