He not only readily agreed but offered to powder coat them, any color, gratis. (I didn't take him up on it, but I was very appreciative of the offer.) I took the car to the tore shop where they checked the tire to find two holes and the tire filled with fix a flat. These tires are run flat tires with the foam run flat liner. These fix a flat ate the foam liner causing it to delaminate from the tire and ruin it. When I contacted Omar about this he denied it and everything short of told me to kick rocks. If someone had a good experience, my guess is they didn't work the woman I interacted with. I actually paid the delivery fee to have my furniture returned without having it treated bc the person I communicated with, which I believe to be the owner, was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I saw other reviews that shared similar sentiments, which made me feel more normal as the owner tried blaming me for the issues I had with them. Not upfront about cost/quotes and not interested in helping the customer understand when you have a question. Was hung up on and then they wouldn't answer when I called back, several times.
