I installed the standard (lowest cost) lining since I planned to install a tonneau cover. I like Line-X' process and EPSCO was good to work with. However, the liner was installed in only two hours, which seemed a little fast to me. Being a coating, it is very important to get a good surface roughness profile for the coating to bond to and I don't know how well EPSCO prepared the surface. However, it is warranted for the life of the vehicle so that gives me some confidence. The final result looked great.

The center lock nut and seat were damaged beyond repair, leaving me with over $6,250 in repair costs to correct the damage caused while the vehicle was in their care. Initially, the owner acknowledged there was an issue and told me he would cover the repair costs after he caught his employee lying about what happened. However, the moment he saw the actual repair bill, his attitude completely changed. Instead of honoring what he said, he became rude, dismissive, and started changing his story multiple times. Rather than taking responsibility for damage done to a customer's vehicle, he chose to argue, deflect blame, and lecture me about business, which was both unprofessional and insulting. The conversation quickly turned into excuses and contradictions. It became clear that customer accountability and honesty are not priorities here. For a business entrusted with people's vehicles--especially high-value vehicles--this kind of behavior is unacceptable. If a shop makes a mistake, the professional thing to do is stand behind the work and make it right. That did not happen here. What should have been a quick and simple wheel repair turned into thousands of dollars in damage and a frustrating experience dealing with a business owner who repeatedly changed his story. As a member of the Porsche Club of America, I will absolutely be sharing this experience with other enthusiasts so they can make informed decisions about where they trust their vehicles. If you care about your car, especially a high-end or specialty vehicle, I strongly recommend taking it somewhere else.

I was honestly skeptical that repair was even possible, but when I saw the finished product I was blown away. The wheels look better than showroom condition -- you'd never know they were ever damaged. Even more impressive was their customer service. The repair took a little longer than expected, and without me even asking they significantly reduced the bill to make up for the inconvenience. That kind of integrity is rare. There were several issues, but the biggest one is they cut one of the beams 1/2" short which is very noticeable. When we asked them to replace the beam they first said it was within "threshold" even though the rest of the beams are flush and do not have a space. After continuing to ask them to fix the beam they said they would not be responsible for the structure AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE BEAM AND THEIR LABOR. This clearly shows their lack of craftsmanship. No craftsman would say 1/2" off on a board was within threshold. For another issue we had their technician changeout silver bolts on a black structure (which should never have been silver since the remainder of the bolts were black) and didn't even have a drill. We would definitely not ever recommend this company to anyone.
