They backed up too far towards garage and dented the gutter above my garage in two places about 18 -24 inches apart . It also dislodged the downspout on left of garage. The gutter had to be replaced; it cost me time to find a company and 385 dollars for install of a new gutter. At first I thought it was an Amazon truck that was at fault - the height was right. But then I looked at the photos and the placement of the dents. As soon as I saw the Wolverine Glass truck again on 11/8 (my installation was delayed) with metal stuff/ladders sticking out about a foot from the back end of the truck, I knew based on my photos that they had done it. Their demeanor with me was also very different from the first time they were here - they knew I knew. I am owed an apology - and the company's insurance should pay for the 385. In addition, the customer service was below par. They never did courtesy calls to confirm appointments; I always had to call them to confirm. And at the end, I did not even receive a thank you - dirt on shower floor and an invoice via email for the last 50% of the bill. I do not recommend them.

It was very beautiful and expertly done. I would definitely recommend them for glass cutting and mirror cutting. And it seemed reasonably priced. But at the time my husband was working so I'm not sure if it's reasonable on a fixed income. I don't remember how much they charged now. But at the time I remember I thought it was reasonable. This was in 2013. They have a beautiful show room but I wish they shared the pictures of all those specialty mirrors and decor they made.

The technician also noted that the windows would need 13 inches of open space for my AC unit to fit. Three days later, I received a call from the office saying the price would actually be $800 per room instead of the original ballpark estimate. I was also told that even with the new double-hung windows installed, there would not be enough opening space for the AC. My biggest issue is that this should have been addressed during the measurement process. If the measurements show that the requested setup won't work, I expected Rogers Glass to offer a solution, alternative option, or workaround. Instead, I was left with a higher price and no clear resolution. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication between the technician visit and the office follow-up. I would expect a company handling custom window work to provide accurate information and solutions before moving forward.

I was going to get my windows replaced but opted for repair right now. It was recommended and less…read morecostly. I contacted them and they came out to check them. After this, the parts were ordered. It took a while, but I was contacted when the parts arrived. The installer came out and replaced the parts. One downside was they did not know the windows that needed after the pre evaluation. There was one window that still requires repair. The other thing is the installer not removing boots or putting on booties. It may seem trivial, but I have light throw rugs and carpet. I just had steam cleaned them this week. Overall, it was a quick repair job.
